This is true, and though it's been said plenty of times in the main Dolphin thread, somehow he missed it anyway. Shouldn't this information be mentioned in the first post of the "Do not TAS using official builds" thread so people like sack_bot can find it right away?

Well, that's how you learn. Just check the Dolphin Development thread every now and then and you'll find out when Wiimote recording is fixed.
