As you can probably tell by now, I downloaded the European ROM and changed the region to NTSC instead of PAL. I'm not sure if this is allowed, but it's worth a go.
This is most definitely not allowed. EDIT: For publication, at least. Playground is an option.

Sure thing. Google "how to dump NES rom". You will need some hardware and find instructions to extract the game from your NTSC cartridge!

just looked it up. i need: - an NTSC NES rom dumper - an NTSC copy of soccer - some other complicated crap I have: - a PAL desktop absolutely hopeless.
