Is there a way to use the same save state file or the same save RAM file between mGBA and Bizhawk's mGBA core? For example, I want to play a game up to a certain point on Bizhawk, then transfer my save data to mGBA to play a certain portion of a game, and then transfer save data back to Bizhawk to play through the rest of the game. Is this possible?

Maybe. Why don't you try?

I have no idea how. That's part of the reason why I'm asking.

Saveram transfer should work fine, just copy and rename the files. Savestates won't transfer easily: although the underlying core state is the same you'd need a hex editor to extract it.

This is an example of location for a BizHawk Save RAM file: C:\Users\ThunderAxe31\TASing\BizHawk-2.8-win-x64\GBA\SaveRAM\Pac-Man World (USA).default.SaveRAM

Thanks, and where are the mGBA emulator's RAM files stored?

It's in the same folder as where the GBA ROM is present. The filename is the same as the ROM, except that instead of the .gba extension, it has the .sav extension.
