Your TAS does not seem to answer the last question. Ran it on the same emulator you made it on. Also, I did this run myself and you have to ensure your inputs are frame perfect or else you get like +20 lag frames every frame you miss. Yours are not. I completed a run in 17,292 frames if you can beat that with answering the final question properly. I've yet to finish, but essentially you want to delay a frame or two if it grants you a question that can be answered with the first or second result. I've found out a lot more but I'm about to head to bed. This game actually gave me a bit of a headache is if you somehow set up RNG a few questions early to get all the answers instant (i.e. first or second position), you save a fuckton of frames. The problem is you can't optimally do this every question, so you need to find a golden combination a few questions prior. I managed to get the first 5 set of questions all give the first answer just by being completely frame perfect with no intentional delays (good coincidence). After that it gets a lot more complicated. Setting up the RNG in any other question seems to be slower than just being COMPLETELY frame perfect. However, this presents the instance where you set up RNG on one question, and coincidentally set up all the other questions for good results, you could save a ton of frames. You could lose something like 10 frames to save 100 but the save won't come until several questions later. I'm kind of tired with messing with it so probably won't submit a run. It gives me a headache. You already lose frames on the Sega logo at the very beginning, you can alternate using B to avoid losing a frame waiting to be able to use A skip stuff. C also works but is not needed in this game at all because the framerule isn't larger
