I've made a couple TASs for fun (i.e., not intended to be an actual speedrun; just for fun.), but I don't know whether I should upload it to user files, or if I can upload them normally? I'm sorry, I'm very new to doing these sorts of things...

Userfiles, for sure. Everything submitted to the workbench is judged for publication, while Userfiles is essentially just a hosting service for input files.
