It's good RNG manipulation. GBA version got rejected because of the game choice, but hopefully the newer rules will allow this through. Even just for the RNG manipulation. Voted yes.

I was thinking about this run today and I wouldn't be surprised if your second of time loss is due to 16 years of emulation improvement
