Stage by stage comments

The first and second stage are trivial to optimize.
In stage three, I make sure to only land on one brick, since landing on two bricks at once loses a frame.
Stage four is trivial to optimize.
In stage five, I get to the bottom of the stage quickly by squeezing in between the spikes and the bricks. I bonk my head on the ceiling to cut my jumps short on the way back up.
Stage six is trivial to optimize.
In stage seven, I jump off the last brick late to end the in-game time early. It isn't possible to end inputs early here.

Other comments

I'm like 99% sure this TAS is completely optimized. I don't have anything interesting to say.

feos: Claiming for judging.
feos: Most of the gameplay is quicker than RTA, and due to ending the input before reaching the platform, it may be unclear how the last level compares, but I didn't notice any actual wasted time. Accepting.
