https://eclipseemu.me Eclipse is web-based, meaning you can play games on any modern web browser device. If you're on iOS or iPadOS, you'll never have to worry about revokes. And best of all, you can still play offline; you just need to use games from your local files instead of the Library.

https://www.webrcade.com WebЯcade consists of an intuitive web-based front end that enables playing popular gaming content entirely within the context of the browser across a wide variety of platforms (Xbox Series X|S, iOS, Android, Windows, macOS). Gamepads are supported (Bluetooth and USB) for both front-end navigation and while playing games. The content for playing games (binaries, etc.) and populating the front-end (images, etc.) is collected from cloud-based resources based on user-defined feeds. Each feed item (game, etc.) has an associated application type. Application types include emulators (Atari, Sega, Nintendo) and game engines (Classic Doom).

The Internet Archive Game Launcher (IAGL) will launch Games from the Internet using Kodi. Kodi can run a wide variety of vintage games using Retroplayer, an internal player core based on Libretro that allows Kodi to play games in addition to video and audio. You’ll need three things to play retro games on Kodi: a game ROM image, an emulator to run the game, and a gamepad or controller. Retroplayer (which is included with Kodi) will help you select and install the appropriate emulator from the official Kodi repository. In fact, if you already own ROMs of your favorite games, you can run them on Kodi without the need for external add-ons. To get game ROMs on Kodi we’ll use Internet Archive Game Launcher (IAGL), an add-on that allows you to browse and download ROMs from the Internet Archive, Moderator Edit: The IAGL repo technically contains links to copyright-protected ROMs hosted on the Internet Archive, so I've removed the link from your post. Please be careful with things you link. How the Archive itself deals with something like this is their business, but we can't risk being caught in any potential crossfire for directly linking to what's basically an enormous set of ROM links. — moozooh
