Game objectives

  • Emulator used: Bizhawk 2.9.1 with TAStudio
  • Aims for fastest time (what eventually turned out this movie to "pacifist")
  • Heavy luck manipulation (turning back to prevent enemies spawning)
  • Major skip glitch (zip through floor)
  • Takes intentional damage
  • Uses hardest difficulty
The Terminator is a Sega Genesis action game developed by Probe Software and published by Virgin Games based on the 1984 movie.
I didn't kill or damage enemies so you can call it "pacifist".

nymx: Claiming for judging.
nymx: When i see a submission by XTREMAL93, I know that we all are about to get a good TAS. This is a really good improvement over the previous run. The first stage clip is the biggest improvement of the entire TAS. Because of this, I noticed that RNG changed enough to make the previous TAS have some advantages. This is obviously not a problem, as this happens with many games...even a game that EZGames69 and I worked on to obsolete a run for Bonkers.
I don't see any problems and I congratulate you on another great run! Oh...I would classify this as a Pacifist run, but the previous run also avoids fighting and is already classified as a baseline. So...I'm going to call for obsoleting the previous run.

despoa: Processing...

I didn't expect the game to be so short. Yes vote
TASing is like making a film: only the best takes are shown in the final movie.
