Turns out perfect ending is only one frame apart from the fastest ending. (Turning off the lights when you leave, that's it...)
Routing: We bypass most areas
  • Hit the light switch as we can't select on anything important otherwise
  • Left, middle compartment
  • Bar combination code: 332
  • Go back, open the middle compartment
  • Grab the pink box, select the box in the inventory, select "About Item"
  • Select the right side of the box
  • Color combination code: Pink, yellow, black
  • Select the top of the box and open it
  • Select the key and close the tab
  • Right, hit the lights
  • Select the key and press the door twice
  • Save money on the light bill
