This run is faster than the current published run by 115,746 frames (~32m09s)! Main improvement is that I make a Draw instead of a Win at free duel (the duel that you don't have to win!), therefore you don't waste time receiving a card after winning, and a lot of DP bonus are also cut off!

I made a minor mistake at the start of the 1st Turbo Duel with Toru (at 01:11:10) because I load at wrong state and lose 1-2 second here! I only realize after finish the TAS >_>

Details:

First of all, I don't go directly to Story Mode but go to the Card Shop to buy cards for my strategy:

For Drawing purpose: I need "Wall of Revealing Light" and "Self-Destruction Button".
For Winning purpose: I need some equipment cards and "Mataza the zapper".

Chapter 1

After awakening, I grab my deck on the table, and then I go outside to meet West and Nico. They will ask me to go to their hideout in the north, and when I get there, they're about to challenge me to Duel Puzzles! But first I have to duel both of them. Since these are free duels, I don't need to win, so I make two draws. And then I need to solve 3 Duel Puzzles; of course, I choose those easy and quick ones!
And then, the Card Shop suddenly opens, and West runs off, and Nico tells me to get to the Card Shop. When I get there, West tells me to join the Tournament because there's missing 1 person, so I do. The Tournament is where you borrow a Structure deck and duel. There are 3 opponents, I manage to win each in 2 turns.
On the way back home, I meet that missing person, and he challenges me to a duel; this is a free duel so I make a draw.
When I get home, Klaus asks me to go to the city with him, then I go to sleep to end this chapter.

Chapter 2

Before I take off, Toru ask me to buy him some parts. Then I follow Klaus to Satellite and am free to go shopping.
First I meet a little girl named Lily and have to take her to Crow. Crow mistakes me as a kidnapper, and we duel, I don't have to win, though.
Then I speak with the guy named Gordon, and he takes me to the shop. After buying the parts, I got stolen by that same guy. I chase him and am blocked by his henchmen. Team Satisfaction shows up and helps me. I go directly to duel Gordon and I must win to take those parts back.
After that, I show the parts to Yusei and he tells me those are low quality, so I lead Kalin the way to the shop, and he gets my money back. Yusei agreed to get me other parts so I have to wait.
I first go thank Jack and he duels me instead. Kalin sees that and I have to duel him as well. And finally Yusei's back with his parts, and I have to duel him for a thank you. All those duels are free so I just need to make a draw.
After drawing all, I say goodbye to them and get back to Klaus to end this chapter.

Chapter 3

I get those parts to Toru, tell him about what I did in Chapter 2, and then I go to the hideout to tell West and Nico exactly the same thing… Then Toru shows up to tell that he finished his Duel Runner so West and I got to see him racing.
After the race, Toru offers me a ride. I really don't want to, but I have to. To finish the race in this condition, I need more than 1 minute, but suicide only takes ~40 seconds, so now you know why I die :)
The next day, Toru says goodbye to me to go to the city.
Some time passes, and the fight between the Malcolm Family and the Ramon Group in Crash Town is heating up, West is at my home so I have to go to the hideout to get Nico. On the way there, I meet 2 guys and have to win them.
After picking up Nico and going home, I meet another guy and continue to win. The next day Klaus challenges me to a duel and I have to win to prove that I grew up stronger. After that, he reveals a basement and shows me a Duel Runner left by my parents.
Now that Duel Runner is mine, and we're going to the city, I have to go to the hideout again to say goodbye to West and Nico. After that, this chapter is end.

Chapter 4

Now we moved to New Domino City and live in a room on 2nd floor (in a hotel?). I go outside to explore (I can't go out of the city yet), then I meet Misaki and have to win her to know more.
But before I duel her, I buy some cards for my new winning strategy: A burn deck (a deck that uses effects to decrease the opponent's LP, this is much faster than an equipment deck!). I also buy some cards for my Turbo deck.
After winning, she takes me to a garage, and I find Toru there. Now that we are 3 persons, we can form a team to compete in a Tournament. And I need to fix my Duel Runner so they help me.
First I need to ask the Owner, and he offers me 5 Duel Puzzles to solve, of couse, I choose those easy and quick ones! Then he tells me to find Blister; luckily he is at the same hotel as me, but on 4th floor.
I get there, and he gives me 1 part and tell me to find 1 more at the duel underground, this is easy. On the way back to the garage, I meet Misaki and she tells me she found a part in the plaza. I get there and find that it belongs to a guy named Bolt.
Then I need to win a Tag duel for that part. After this, all parts are acquired, and Toru starts to fix my Duel Runner. Now my Duel Runner is reborn but it is so weak that I doubt that my parent used it to race!?
I have to wait until tomorrow to try my new Duel Runner. I go back to tell Klaus about Toru, though. The next day, Klaus gives me a Riding Suit (wait a minute, what's about the riding suit when I ride Toru's Duel Runner? I might've borrowed him?).
Then Toru takes me to the Mountain Road, and finally now I can go out of the city. We take a Turbo Duel first, and I make a draw. The Breo shows up and I (and Toru and Misaki) go for a race with him.
But first, I go to the shop to buy Duel Runner parts (not very good parts, though!) and buy Speed Spell Cards to complete my Turbo Deck. Then go the race. This is an easy race but Toru and Misaki's Duel Runners are breaking.
Luckily, Crow is there and he repays my debt by fixing the Duel Runners. He does nothing but bring Yusei instead. Then Klaus appears and shows Nico's letter (which says only HELP), so we suppose that they're in danger. But only my Duel Runner works so I have to get back to Crash Town alone.

Chapter 5

After arriving, I go directly to the hideout and find West and Nico there. They say that their Dad (named Sergio) didn't go home for a few days, and West has met Kalin in the town.
Sergio has been working for Malcolm, so I go there to find him. I must defeat a guy to meet Malcolm and defeat Malcolm to be able to ask a question (holy…). That's not all, after I ask where Sergio is, I must win a duel tomorrow to know the answer. Therefore I have to go back to the hideout and wait until tomorrow.
The next day, I realize I have to duel Kalin, this time I must win. After the duel, Yusei shows up with a girl named Barbara(?) and asks us to leave the town immediately. But it turns out that Barbara has worked for Malcolm, and we are thrown to the mine.
I meet Sergio there (only him at the mine???). Yusei and Kalin run to us and say that they found a hole (an entrance, exactly) and ask us to leave through it. Sergio says it will be dangerous but no one listens. When we are on the way, suddenly a big rock falls and Sergio, because of saving Kalin, has fallen to the edge. Kalin decided to take care of the children in Sergio's stead. After we get out, Toru and Misaki RUN to us. We then go back to the town and have some fights there (by dueling).
I duel against Ramon, and then I and Kalin versus Lawton in a 2vs1. Luckily, Lawton gets 10 cards at the start, so I can deal enough damage to finish him in 1 turn.
After that, Team Satisfaction is union and the war ended. Crash Town now becomes Satisfaction Town.

Chapter 6

Back to Toru's garage, now we form a team to enter the World Riding Duel Gran Prix (WRGP for short). But first I go to Yusei's garage to return his tools.
There, I meet Trudge and Mina, they are talking about the Ghost (who attacked Turbo Duelist recently). Then I tell Toru and Misaki but they don't care and we go to Outer Rim for training.
When training, the Ghost catches me and I have to win the duel after I let him summon a Meklord Emperor (the conversation says: "you must first summon a Meklord Emperor" -> wrong).
Everything is OK for now. The next day, I turbo duel with Akiza and Crow, these are still free duel so I don't have to win. After that, I must finish a race (no cheating). When finished, I meet a stranger girl and she says I have to evolve my Synchro Summon to a higher level, although I haven't done many synchros yet.
Several days later, Toru and Jack's Duel Runner was stolen, so I go to Satellite to investigate. The shop that I bought low-quality parts in the past is the most suspicious, so I get there and defeat the shopkeeper (Kuroe), he then guides me to the port. I find the thieves there; I and Jack then defeat 2 guys in a Tag duel. Then Jack has to do 1 vs. 3, and I duel the leader of the thieves named Syd. We both win and then Securities come, and the thieves are caught.
Back to Toru's garage, I once again follow Misaki's order to come to Yusei's garage. There, I meet Leo and Luna, and I have to duel Leo (a free duel so there's no winning!). Then again, I'm back to Toru's garage, and knowing that we have upgraded our Duel Runner starting program (allows us to do a Start dash, effects in Turbo Duel only, though).
I must wait 'til tomorrow to try it at Bay Parking. Luckily, this time I don't have to finish the race! After that, Jack appears and challenges me to a Turbo Duel and has lost. It comes out that it's not Jack but a robot.
Then comes the conversation between 3 hooded guys, they talk about improving the Ghost, and this chapter ends.

Final chapter.

The day of the WRGP has come, and my team vs. team Unicorn. Toru lost, Misaki has ended 1 opponent for me, so I have to take on 2; by using the Exodia deck, this doesn't matter. I like this type of dueling since I only have to manipulate the 1st duel, every duel after is determined.
The next day, we duel against team Catastrophe. Toru has 1 win here, but then his Duel Runner crashed and it takes a lot of time before I can duel. Again, Exodia show time. So my team made it through the qualifiers, but Toru has been wounded and might not be able to duel!
The next day I go to practice riding with Crow, and I must finish the race. Then suddenly I'm transferred to somewhere, and then a voice tells me: "I want to bestow upon you even greater potential than you ever imagined". Then I received "Blank Card" (please notice it here, as I understand "Blank CARD" means 1 card, but in the future, my "Blank card" turns into "Blank cards"; how did it multiply?)
My super action was noticed by those hooded guys, and they have a plan for me later. And I don't know how Misaki knows about this and tells me to be careful.
The next day, Toru, ignoring his wound, asks me to go practice. Then it happens… A large number of Duel Bots go and attack every Turbo Duelist, causing trouble everywhere. Then I (not the character I control) know that Misaki was the strange girl I met before (so she has 2 Duel Runners, so rich!). This time I don't have to duel the Ghost but I enter a Battle Royale mode: survive in 1 minute! Then, without any save game, I encounter Primo, 1 of the hooded guys. After being defeated, he's explored, and all the Duel Bots are defeated as well (coincidence?).
Then I, Jack, and Yusei go to meet those hooded guys. So they are the Yliaster, acting by the God's will, and about to destroy New Domino City, and we three are the chosen ones that can prevent it by defeating them in WRGP.
And then the past is rewritten, except Crow and Toru's injury (when did Crow get injured?). So the new 5D's Team is Yusei, Jack and I.
We first encounter team Sherry with only 2 members. Yusei goes first and loses, but he shaved 2000 LP from the 1st opponent, the rest is up to me, and we are winning, of course.
The next team is Team Ragnarok, this time Jack goes first and, of course, he loses, but he shaved 4000 LP from the 1st opponent, the rest is up to me again and we are winning.
Now it's the Final, we take on Team New World (those Yliasters). Because my blank card hasn't changed, I go last. This time Yusei and Jack do great, they didn't take any LP from the opponent, but gave them a buff: a monster with 6000 ATK for me to solve! Due to the critical situation, my BLANK CARDS have changed, and they changed into 3 Synchro cards (but I don't use them anyway!).
After winning, I'm kidnapped by those Yliasters, they just do it to say I saved the world, and then they send me back to the pit. Jack and Yusei are there so I tell them what happened! And then comes the winner's race. Please notice that my 3 Synchro cards turned blank again!
I thought the game was ending here, but no, then came an elusive final match between Team 5D's (with members: Crow, Jack and Yusei) and our old Future Speed Team (Toru, Misaki and I). To specify which team is the real champion! Great, I wanna know that, too. And when I'm about to prepare for the match, the game suddenly ends with Misaki's smiley.
