Blitzle's Target Blast is as it says on the tin. Blitzle, the Pokemon has some targets that's gonna be blasted, and here we are as Blitzle doing this target blasting.
Game comes from DeviantArt (before it went to shit) .

There's honestly not much to write, besides that this technically starts a frame later, just due to desync issues I was having starting on the "correct" frame... yeah shockingly this title can desync easily.

Anyways...

Did not know dA had Flash games, I thought it was just pictures (and more recently... GIFs and videos?). I was going to vote Yes on this, but the last level went on way too long for what it was. It's nice you made this for someone, I'm sure she'll be happy to see it (at least for the cute Pokémon at the end).
