Sorry, I would certanly use the search for something like that, but the terms are too vague.. I couldn't find nothing in the FAQ either, so I'm asking here. When can I vote in pools? Do I need to be a Player? I think that I'm not a lurker anymore, but when I enter some run topic I can just see the results of the pool.. Again, sorry if this question has already been aswered, but I couldn't find it anywhere.. PS: Sorry for my bad english..
