Some time ago, before I stumbled onto this site, I made a couple of movies using version 0.90 of VirtuaNES. http://babyamy.tripod.com/grinto/mm6-2.vmv This is a no-hit run through Mega Man 6, it is about 39 minutes long. http://babyamy.tripod.com/grinto/tetris.vmv This is a movie of me getting 999999 points in Tetris as fast as I possibly could.

I used to like tetris but there is something I don't like in that tetris.vmv: Straight-shaped tetris blocks appeared a lot more than other blocks Of course it can be a coincidence but it doens't feel skill. You can start on higher level by pressing A+start when you select level. It can be concidered as a cheat but it can also be a property so by starting on higher level you gain more points completing the lines. BTW. There is quite a few versions of tetris out there. In my PAL version which came with a SMB1 and Nintendo WorldCUP- cartridge, level 19 is almost impossible.

This could be a bit of Luck abuse, following the one and only one rule. "The game is only as random as you are." Just entering in the right control pad sequence at the right place, might favor what piece you get next.

In Nintendo Tetris, it seems like the only thing that matters is the timing. ps: Welcome to the board.
