- bad emulator - bad settings - bad moon In my experience, these things tend to cause desyncs: - heavy load - "occupation" other than 1 - changing the speed while playback Thus, these things tend to help (I don't suffer from desyncs anymore): - use 1x1 (no scaled windows - scaling is HEAVY) - always use occupation=1 (requires the 60 fps version) - don't change speed while playing back movies - use a computer that is fast enough (200 MHz is not, 1600 MHz is) - don't use "auto frame skip"

Isn't a non-scaled windowed game a little hard to see?

lets see i usually record @ 25% and a scaled window which is about 2.5x the 1x window size (i have 19", 1x is just too small). when playing back i usually play at 1x size and 300% to fastforward to where i was, then i change to 100%. but having to play the whole vid from start to end 100% every time will get the best of me you know :\

Not if you use a lower resolution.

Sure, but I can only go down to 640x480.

If the famtasia window (at 1x1) is still too small for you at that screen resolution, then you either have a 14-inch monitor or a very bad vision. ;)

or a TFT-display that insists on showing the 640 resoultion in a small centered window with fat black border :-) Philip

Most monitors allow you to alter the viewing space of the display area. Just stretch it to occupy the entire screen. >_>

TFT displays are quite different in this aspect.
