when i was a child, i get an pirate version -only in his kind- of super mario 9 then i try to find the rom but it was useless :S the game was like this, super mario has a really really hi quality sprite, his face was perfect and very cool, he had a muscle body :P. da thing is: that mario, was a martial artist (xd) and u had to go trough lvs figthing enemies, and bosses (really cool bosses), then u have power jars (:P) each one have different special skills, the best one was a jar that gave u the power to do some kind of nija roll inthe air (ninja scroll :P) and... the final boss was a teenager, that once it was defeated, morphs into a spider, and then u had to fight it in a falling screen. that's all i remember :P anyway, if anyone one, hearded, seen, or have it plz tell me! xD! i want to play it again! U_U it's a part of mi childhood :P and the coolest NES game! (really, high detailed graphics, it had a really soft control engine,a story and an end :P) well if any of u know something of it i'll waiting ^^ and if u ever hearded of it , ask me :P i'll be glad to share it ^^ [Edit by Bisqwit: Lessened the use of CAPSLOCK in the topic title.]

The game you are talking about is not a mario 9, or a hack or anything. The game is called: Jackie Chan's Action Kung Fu Rom requests are forbidden, so you won't get any further help on this here, but you can download the tool assisted speedrun I did on this game: http://tasvideos.org/movies.cgi?id=405

rom requests are forbidden, but patch ones aren't.

This thread isn't about a patch or a hack, it's about a regular game...

sure! its a hack, because it uses alien sprites inside the original game engine.

I dont get it... If you played it while you were young, then its probably not a hack, but just a Pirated game. so it is still forbiddin.

I think he's saying it's a hack of Jackie Chan's Action Kung Fu that changes Jackie Chan to look like Mario and the title to be "Super Mario 9".

I thought you could only delete your posts if no one had replied afterwards (unless you are a moderator).

Is it so? If so, I didn't know it.

Yes it is. And it's good, too, because if people went on deleting earlier posts it would make the thread unreadable.
