Hey guys, sorry if I'm spamming or breaking any rules, but I was referred to this site from a forum member here and he said that you guys might be interested in my site... Anyway, the site is called Minddrain.org - Videogame Tricks and Glitches Archive. Like similar sites such as System Crash and David Wonn's Unique Video Game Glitches, out goal is to be the largest and most comprehensive archive of tricks and glitches on the internet. We deal with tricks and glitches in all games, on all systems. We've been around for just over a week now so the Trick Archive isn't that large but we're always looking for new submissions. If you guys have any tricks or glitches you know of and would like to submit them, you can do so at the Submit Tricks form or in the Trick & Glitch Submissions board in the forum. So I guess that's about it... I hope to see some of you guys around. P.S. The site is best viewed with Firefox, the browser of gods.

I can't access that website with either Firefox and IE for some reason, my friend said he can access. Even with sneak2.com.

? I'm not sure of your reasoning for posting just that but I am an administrator there. Also their site focus is very different from mine. Anyway, sorry ventuz and Shakespeare. I'm aware that some people have not been able to access the site but unfortunately it's not something that I can fix. It has to do with a problem with my hosting provider. Again, I apologize. The only thing I can suggest is try it at www.minddrain.org, minddrain.org, and http://www.minddrain.org just in case. If not then you can try using some kind of php proxy. Hopefully the issue will be fixed soon. For those who can see it, any suggestions? If you guys would like to submit some things then that would be appreciated as well. EDIT: I just talked to the guy who runs my hosting and said that he can fix the problem. Sometime tomorrow it should be fixed...

The glitch found here: http://www.minddrain.org/trickarchive/xbox360/gauntlet.html ...is not a glitch. It's present in all classic versions of Gauntlet. It's designed to let the player escape the level if they can't otherwise find or make it to the exit. It's not that helpful unless you truly are stuck since the whole time you stand still your life drains away.

There is not a bunch, as i was expecting. Appritiated (it can be improve)I think you should prefer the emulated games.

Well, it looks really promising! I'll surely submit glitches there (and I hope other people here do the same, since most of the info at the "game resources" pages are TAS related, and few games HAVE a resource page). I just would like you to TEST the glitches before publishing... Don't do like this. GIMPed pictures should never be allowed (especially when the idiot forget to paste the shadows!)

Yikes... you are correct. I always do a bit of research for each submitted trick and glitch but it's tough when you don't own every game that receives submissions. Thank you very much for the heads up, I'll fix it ASAP.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'prefer'... but generally tricks and glitches need to be done without any kind of added effect from an emulator. If the emulator doesn't do anything to the game that the original game couldn't already do then it's alright, however.

Wow... I'm not sure how that got past David Wonn but that's a very obvious fake. I'll try not to let anything like that get into the Minddrain archives... like I said earlier though, it's tough verifying every trick and glitch myself because I don't own a good portion of the games out there. Having guys like you and FlowingMindspin point out things like that is what I have to rely on and I thank you and others for doing that. Also, it would be great if you submitted those glitches you mentioned. Regarding the people that cannot access the site, a fix is coming very soon. My host is switching the site's DNS servers so this should alleviate that problem. This should be taken care of by the end of the day.

*Gathers torches* Looks to be a very fine project indeed. Some rather interesting ones already :) Best of luck on it!

I still don't understand a word of what Shakespeare says, whether he's writing in a forum or in a book... Anyway, thank you for the wish of luck MahaTmA. Also, that issue people were having with connecting to the site should be resolved now so if you were unable to do so before it would be great if you could try again and see if it works.

I can load the site fine now, couldn't when you first posted. Shakespeare is saying you should probably stick to the emulated games, and that there wasn't as many movies as he expected. But it will come.

That's good to hear you can load the site now, and thank you for the... erherm... translation. I realize that this whole site is based around emulation but I don't think making that the focus of mine would be the right move. Also, there aren't a ton of movies right now because the site is so new but like he said, there will be more. A lot of the early videos I made are kind of crappy because I wanted to get a bunch of videos made in a short amount of time.

I think it's just annoying how a few new consoles have their own main sections, while the rest are lumped under labels like "HANDHELD" and "CLASSIC".

Well, I definitely see where you're coming from and I guess it isn't really fair to do that... It's just that there aren't many glitches for those systems yet so there's no need to make seperate sections that are just going to have blank pages. However, if you or others submit tricks and glitches for those systems and there are enough of them in those broad labels then they would definitely be seperated by console. With the new site layout I'm working on right now, however, this problem won't even exist...
