131. Sharing the sentiment of the others. Edit: Weird, I failed the unscramble question, but when I read Foda's post above, I recognized the word immediately without thinking. I was trying to figure out if Greyman is some place in USA.

For example, it relies on the test subject knowing what a peach/grape/cherry/etc looks like (or what they are in the first place) before he can make the reasoning step to tell the one which is different.
Is that what the question wanted? I keep reading questions like that as asking about the words or pronunciations so I always look for something like that. So for the fruit one I chose apricot as the only multi-syllabic word - the most different from the others. If that's a wrong answer it's only because I didn't understand the question,,, Anyway this IQ test sucks. There are other online IQ tests that are vaguely better (like the ones that actually calculate your score based on the scores of others etc) but it really needs to be measured otherwise or not at all.

144. Sweet? I don't get how reciting quotes can derive IQ. Otherwise, people unfamiliar with English prose are less intelligent by default.
That's the entire point of such a test! PhD's are some pretty racist bastards. I'm so intelligent the site crashed when calculating my score. No joke.

127 too... these tests are idiot (this one at least, because it doesn't have a time limit, I did it in ten minutes, I guess) and I don't know what's the point of them. (besides trying to make you think you're smart and sell you some crap...) by the way... this one is much more accurate. Try to find the differences between the two images (you have a time limt now, aprox. 1 minute).

Yeah. Unlike that IQ test, this one is 100% valid.

It seems likely that this test is intentionally easy... you know, to get people spend money on a piece of paper, sent from an internet site, which tells them how smart they are. 142, since people seem to be interested.

Well, according to the results posted from this test, everybody is above average. Yay! As for me, I did the first page, got bored, and quit. Does that mean I get a zero from Attention Deficit Disorder or something?
That's what she said!

Average for humans is 100. Men average 102 while women average 98. Shut up, it is documented.
