you can use whatever hacks you want (it’s encouraged, even) just as long as the ending result can be played back without any hacks on, should be pretty obvious meaning: speed hacks would make the movie desync, so you can’t, but an animation hack to help you in the making of the TAS, that can then be turned off during the replay of the movie without causing any desync, then you’re encouraged to use it to improve the quality of your TAS

Is there any way to look into something like this with TAS tools or some sort of no-clip mode?
what’s wireframe mode? if by “look into” you mean getting to that door, then sure it’s possible, I guess you’d just have to find the position addresses for Banjo then cheat them to go to the door, since the N64 emulator doesn’t have RAM Search you need to use MHS though

I tried using this, but the “up” key is automatically held down and I can’t figure out why / how to “turn it off”, what’s going on?
I'm not sure. That didn't happen to me.
I downloaded your new edit and now it works fine :) I wonder what was wrong before though…

yup, that was it, thanks the routes look very close to each other, but didn’t the Jap lose time at the last red coin? breaking the box with 2 punches seems to be much slower than Nahoc’s jumpkick

お探しの動画は再生できません I get this “the video you were searching for can’t be played back” why even この動画は スーパーマリオ64 120枚TAS制作委員会 に参加すると視聴できるようになります。 I don’t feel like translating this if this is supposed to be the nicozon link http://www.nicozon.net/watch/1345901110 then even that doesn’t work for me

I can't get 0.9.8 to fast foward, so it takes forever to play the movie file from the beginning multiple times.
uhm, it’s done the same as always. check the hotkey and just press it that thing about false lag frames, I remember having it too, but don’t remember with what game; really annoying

this shows that you shouldn't put yourself at the start of a list of people. So a correct form would be: "...by dennisbalow, non5en5e and me." Jeez.[/size]
that’s just about politeness, not grammatical correctness, my first fix is still the correct phrase :) edit: btw, toyuru thinks Arua found the bob-omb glitch lol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RflpkmQBBOg
