SG PRB+SC with BLS by Huffle http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G05iZ4ZJ3wc I was able to motivate him :) I can only think of one different strategy, other than that there are no noticeable mistakes edit: here the .DSM http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/874420638/rsg2.dsm

I don't remember if I ever kept track of who I 250'd with, but probably a good number of them. The fastest I've recorded myself button pressing is 16 per second (but it hurts a LOT).
Please designate your hands as things that you will donate to science, that future civilizations can study their unique muscle structure and trigger power.
I'm pretty sure the fastest mashers can get up to 22ish a second… edit: got to 1:44…

aww, took damage to save time? but I love the fast paced action with Bass :) does he not have a trampoline thing like Rush? the ladders and some flying look slow and aren't cool compared with the fast paced action of Bass's dash

the very first battle you run from... at 11:03 was that unavoidable? how so? edit: third battle is the same, I guess I'll be seeing this often? it's impossible to manipulate random encounters perfectly? edit2: the waits for (I assume) RNG manipulation before battles look badly planned out, I think it'd look better if you took a suboptimal route and do some funny movements instead of waiting just before entering the fight, but that's not a really important thing watched the first hour while skipping cutscenes

oh god I can't believe even buffering times are trying to put me off of watching this >_< I read about some walking through glitch so I'm definitely interested in watching that… don't know how much I'll actually watch, can't watch it all now because it's already 9PM edit: oh right did I see a "Continue"? is that normal even without a saved file?

I don't think that's a good translation, it's literally "eee" which translates to something like "eh?", something you'd say in disbelief at what incredibility you've just witnessed that Japanese uploader might just be someone who visits these forums

You didn't make the game get all glitched out. What kind of Megaman run is it if the game doesn't break?
can't believe it took 4 pages for that
And I cannot believe the stupid dog you are. What kind of moronic reason is that? Mega Man 10 is pretty much with current knowledge glitchfree (I spoke with Diggidoyo) and you two whine about that? Eat my giant vibrating Fist.

Here's the same segment, with a small improvement and the pauses edited out. Link to video
that looks incredibly awesome, how I wish MM9 had the weapon switching MM10 has… I don't know if video editing out pauses is acceptable for TASVideos, but with the pauses in, I'm completely against zipping hopefully someone'll find a way to zip a lot more with much less shots…

I love SM64 as it is now, I don't know much about before but seeing a TAS do things that a human could do isn't entertaining to me (meaning not using impossible glitches etc)

while researching something completely unrelated, I found out MKDS uses something like 3 different timers fused together to create its visual timer. might investigate more tomorrow, but I don't think I'll understand much about how they work together anyway bonus video since I didn't post it because it's very improvable Link to video

what the fuck is it optimized? would be fun to have a frame war on it now, with better camera angles perhaps also… could this work on similar walls?

so… I wanted to use the Live Ghost code, which is 023CDD57 00000001 but the game freezes at the countdown… it works fine on DS I had a similar problem with 300cc code, but later found a code that worked on DeSmuME, there are no other variations of the Live Ghost though. Actually, I know there exists one for the JP version, but I don't know that code itself edit: this has been solved
