You know, people ask for saves a lot. I may make some saves eventually. But ATM, no, sorry. Edit: Also, I'll probably be making the saves in J, just for me. It would be too much of a hassle to makes saves on the version I'm not using.

Well, here ya go. I got bored and so I decided to make a list of all the U/E games without TASes. Some of these games may have a TAS, but it was rejected because of being sloppy or such. Some games may not be on here because they have TASes that were rejected because of poor game choice. I took this list off of wikipedia and individually searched each one on TASVideos. Some may have non TASVideos TASes, but at this point I'm not sure. Some of these games may not make good TASes, but since I haven't seen any on it, its up to you to decide which are good. Also, may have mistakes. Correct me if I'm wrong. http://pastebin.com/rwGJNyAF

Looks amazing. This game made my childhood, and also frustrated me to no end. Now seeing it done in under an hour, wow. Although it doesn't actually finish the game, thats not your fault. You got so far through this, and I couldn't let this be declined just because of an emulator error. Voting yes, great work.

Okay, I am now officially TASing TWW again. EDIT: Well, perhaps not completely. Still too early for a route apparently, it'll still be a while (if ever) untill Tingle Tuner support is possible.

Honestly, I feel the NES library still has a lot to offer. I'm currently working on two other games, one of which I feel is promising. We just need a list of games without TASes. This game just seemed interesting because of how much bad rep it had gotten. An open mind is the start of TASing, and I plan to keep working until I make a dent in the remaining NES games.

I found it interesting, but not extremely entertaining. Still voting yes because it seems very efficient and I enjoy this game.

More importantly, I just don't think this is a good TAS. Rather than incessantly bitching about my opinion on the game overall, why don't you and the other fans of NES TMNT prove me wrong by making a cool TAS of the game?!
You are the one who has a giant problem with the TAS, and you said that you could easily make a better one. How about you take some time out of your very busy day of ranting about this TAS, and prove that this TAS is bad. I would very much like to see you make a better one. Go on and prove us all wrong.

Looked very sound. Confusing game, but well made. Yes vote from me.

Honestly, idc about how he voted. It's mostly on how moozooh supports just about anyone and everyone in a ridiculous manner. I just don't get it.

One TAS, okay, watch another. After you've seen multiple, you shouldn't expect much more. To continually vote 0 seems ridiculous, as at that point it seems less about the TAS, but more about the goal/game. And it's spelled Heaven. Never heard haven forbid. Unless you mean Forest Haven. Then you are talking about the wrong game.

It is to an extent. If they are MST, they are going to be quite similar. If it was the new any%, it would be quite different. After watching multiple OoT TASes, unless you have a passion for OoT, it may start to get old. It's not going to get better if it's a small improvement. If you have experienced otherwise, lucky you.

Physical harm is an unfavorable response. "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." -Albert Einstein. Sounds a lot like what moozooh said was predjudice.

It's not holding a prejudice. If you put your hand in a fire and see it's hot, you would assume other fires are hot. By what you are saying, people need to stick their hand into every fire they see to make sure it is hot.

Try Direct3D11 or OpenGL. Sounds like Dolphin isnt skipping lag frames.

Samsara, I did get the clues out of order. The only limitation for the order is at the end, where the clue is a keyring and must be obtained before being able to receive a clue at the bank. I repeat the bank because it is necessary to receive both the clues there. With jumps, even a frame perfect jump reverts to landing speed. When I keep speed, it is achieved by landing right past a ledge and jumping while over said ledge. Also, with the heart, I haven't looked into it. I have pondered getting it, but it seems that it would take longer to get than save time. As I said, I really haven't looked into it.

Sorry, I didn't look into it. I was basing off of what I had remembered from that old AVGN video. I changed my submission, thanks for informing me.

Converting codes from NTSC-U to NTSC-J is an offset of CB00. Atleast for bombs. I got this offset from the infinite magic code. I'm gonna work on getting some converted for now. Have bombs: 003B8151 00000031

I had seen that topic earlier, but had assumed that it was over the Genesis. I've already found all of it out by trial and error. Thanks for the link. I doubt many people here will know much of the game. EDIT: Finally finished the game. Gonna get a video of it on youtube and start cleaning it. Time is about 19 minutes. Gonna spend a few days getting some simple optimization in and see if I think it's TASVideos quality. EDIT2: Link to video Bad quality, just wanted to get something up tonight. Somehow it gained a lot of time.

I've decided to TAS the NES Dick Tracy. I know people have wanted the Genesis one, but I've started this one which many people don't like. I (like many people) found out about this game from AVGN. Honestly, I have no idea what I'm doing. So far I am about 1/2 way through the fourth of five levels. I'd really appreciate anything that anyone knows any tips on this or can give me some input. Link to video This is some of the work. A lot of things can be improved, specifically the docks. The damage route isn't very optimized, but it's hard for me to decide between shooting and loosing some frames from ducking and stopping, or taking damage.

Yes, yes, yes! I agree with the tradeoff at the end because it's even more confusing to see you hit the gongs and win instead of just jumping to the credits. Great work again RR.

Don't see too much TAS to it. Felt more like a segmented DK run. Some waiting times and not very impressive. I really don't know much about DK, so please feel free to correct me.

Although it isn't the SNES, it's a good TAS. Probably wastes multiple frames and such, but looks good. Different console, different game. Hurry up and get MQ out.

No need to be mean Mugg. Yeah, Slowking is right about BiT. It really shouldn't share the same name as in TP. In TWW, just think of no items on the same map. Also on the subject of EMS. When I had tested skipping to Hyrule 2, I have had 2 seperate cases, both pointless. One was that after talking with the king and stuff, I could walk up to the Master Sword still in the pedestal, but it had no collision and I couldnt pick it up. The other was that when I got close enough I would crash.

Current island strats aren't really up for debate. Unless there is really good proof or you've done testing, this route is going to stick for a while. For the soup, I don't think there has been testing on how early it can be gotten, but that isn't really important, as endless night is a known trigger, and at that time we will have forest water. Thinking about this elixer crap makes me think that it has to be faster. Bottle Locations: 1) Medli: Most likely fastest 2) Bomb Island Sub: Get it 3) Beetle Shop: No way. This would require an extra trip for rupees, as it costs more than a tingle chart. 4) Windfall: Very slow. Probably slower than Beetle Shop, as it is stealth and requires waiting for the girl. Pros of Bottle/Elixer: 1) Possibly faster bosses 2) Much faster enemies, specifically for Savage Labyrinth 3) Refill magic, also for Savage Labyrinth, Trials skip, much easier magic strats 4) What Cafde said, use it to overwrite plain water. Time costs: 1) Catching faiy 2) Possible extra Outset trip 3) Dialog with Grandma 4) Tiny bit from every use 5) Also have to think of usage of X Y and Z buttons needing to be switching items The most ideal time to do this would be to get it while going to Outset for the Savage Labyrinth, I guess.
