I don't have enough knowledge to tell you what's wrong but it looks like you are playing the shindou version of the game am I right ? I know this is the worst version possible to run the game, so if I'm right, if you should switch immediatly

This https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZxAxlK5VLRo has been discovered a few days ago, we are still messing around with it, but it's likely to lead to a new TAS, this one would be quite exciting as it """should""" be N64 friendly ! It skips ganondorf cutscene but requires bombchus, however we think it should still be faster for a TAS. The route will probably look something like this: -Buy nuts and sticks -Escape the forest -Go to Kakariko -Get the legit bottle -Enter the well -Blank A glitch to get bombchus -Go back to Kokiri forest -Deku tree cutscene skip -Skip pretty much the whole dungeon with a megaflip -Gohma clip with bombchus -Wrong warp, then collapse skip -Finish the game "normally"

About the first one, the 100% TAS, it has been spliced in multiple parts (this completely makes the TAS unlegit since they used more than 1 single file to do that TAS) for example, I think they set the Farore's Wind somewhere in Jabu, and when they use it, they appeared somewhere else. so they probably gave the bunny hood in a file, and finished the game in another one. About the 2nd one, it's part of the rules, it's legit because it is 100% "NSR" meaning you don't need to finish the masks sequence, as long as you get the mask of truth "somehow" (and I think they put it on B at some point.... it's questionnable but it's an arbitrary category anyway)

It's been years now since we are looking for a way to do All Dungeons No Doors. We knew we were really close to get it and the only problem was to reach Twinrova because it's not right after the loading zone of the boss door. Theories came out that it was possible to FW dive in Goron City but no one managed to get it... Until this day Link to video

-I'm pretty sure there is no nuts in the trees close to Lost Woods -We have to wait for night then day so it's better to get them in Hyrule Field to waste in game time -We need to wait for the Bubble to come back so it's pretty much useless to do "that thing where you let go of the wall and grab the ledge"

We got the light arrows with the GIM, some people asked how and why we did the GIM here so here are the explanations: -This GIM is very similar to the old strat used in the Any% speedrun where you had to enter and exit a crawlspace, however you may have noticed we don't get the stick in this case. The reason for this is is because we held the shield and that gives a slightly bigger hitbox to touch the stick while being in GIM statement (of course the bombchu was also required to give us a small boost, and no we can't just take the stick and get touched by the bombchu unfortunately) -This allow us to skip the bottle because normally in no RBA/WW speedruns, we do the GIM in forest temple by dying in oob water to get the weird camera. -That also makes this TAS legit for TASvideo because theoratically the GIM with a deku stick actually work on N64

I guess there could be 2 differents TASes like "BK any%" & "BK any% NG+" I'm not saying you should do both, I know how much time it takes to do a TAS. I'm just saying you should TAS the most popular of them OR the one the TASers decided to do and not the community (because only TASers will struggle to offer something cool to watch for people so they should decide by themselves what they're going to do)

No it's just something known, you have 1 frame where the camera is still locked by the game and you can do inputs, if you press A on that frame, then gg you gain time. (I believe Grunz and Bloob did that in the TAS, you just need to have sword in hand, not the stick)

There is a good reason of why this TAS is not here on this website, it's because it's not legit and everyone already know it. If you want a TAS of OoT that will be either with the chu + blank A route or with the speedrun route but on Dolphin

For now no one got it in deku but I'm working on it and Kanata too (it's just really annoying to test with the RNG + the fact I'm on PAL...) Kanata got it in bottom of the well and he got it with stick and magic (even if he crashed with a stick in his video, he told me he got it once)

So I just confirm I got the GIM the way Kanata did it on my own PAL N64, I only crashed once before getting it I may edit this message for further explanations (I don't know much for now)

Well, Andy, that's actually wrong, Kanata posted a picture on Twitter where we can clearly see the graphical glitch on screen and he's on N64 (https://twitter.com/kanata2s/status/724783344601292800?lang=fr) so for now we just have no idea how he got it, and testing on emu is so annoying the result is always random (sometimes I just get absolutely nothing... So for now I'll try to do that on my N64 PAL but it will take time and I'll also ask some other people who have a N64

It's simple, he's just doing the Down A glitch, when you spam the camera with it, the camera is just locked and so the actors are not loaded, such as King Zora

You should just use Jabo 1.6.1 (or jabo overall) this is the best video plugin

Very important things to clarify the GIM To be honnest, I don't really know why it crashes on N64 (notice that it also crashes on VC or emu depending on the item you use to do the GIM) However It has been proofed that the GIM wouldn't crash on N64 if there was a way to not show Link while he raises his hands in the water (maybe it's possible with HP duplication ???) Also, I heard that GIM only crashes with nuts if you have the 64DD (?!) so please if anyone has a 64DD and could test that would be awesome !

Just so you know, there is no OoT TASer that plans do to any% right now because: -GIM (Get Item Manipulation) for sure works on N64 but no one found a way to get it without crashing -Moronic and GCTK already did one and was pretty optimised for something done in 3 days As far I know people are working on mst, mst mq, low TAS of no IM/WW and I work on no RBA/WW even if we lost motivation because f*ck Lost Wood bridge u_u
