Hey there, I haven't been following the LADX scene in a long while so I'm posting this just in case it's not known. I've been playing around in the glichworld and stumbled on this weird behavior (at 0:40). Link to video Most of the times it crashes the game, and very rarely does this...

It probably has VSync enabled, which synchronize the fps to the refresh rate of your monitor, which is most likely 60 hz. This is the optimal fps for your monitor and it does not need to be higher. Fps faster than your monitor refresh rate can cause screen tearing.

Anyone got speed addresses for both OoT and MM?
What do you mean?, Addresses to use with MHS? I found them before, I'm not sure if I still have the files, I'll have to check.

It's funny why peoples think SM64 is not entertaining anymore... The 0 star is only entertaining the first few times you watch it, it show all the new tricks and stuff and is crazy fast, but don't expect to be still entertaining after several watches, no wonders since it's so short and doesn't have many "playaround", it get boring quick. There's plenty of freeruns for your entertainment. That's my point of view...

You're right, [!] does define a perfect dump, because I highly doubt Nintendo would download them from sites they want to take down.

Rom are exact copy of what we find on the cartridge, no wonder it has the same checksum.

Walk underwater GS code A1253DAC 0000 A1253DAE 0000 A1253DB0 0000 A1253DB2 0000 I tried, you can open the door like normal, so I guess the "invisible wall" blocking Mario from entering is only triggered if Mario is in swimming state.

Snes9X doesn't work with plugins like Mupen does. I guess it would be possible with LUA, to make a small windows similar to the Mupen input plugin, inside the emulation screen.

Try disabling desktop composition.

I don't think so, the emulator on iDevices aren't (afaik) as accurate than the ones on PC, so movies would probably desync. I guess, only downloading the encodes would be good enough.

Bamp... I would like to know, if it is possible (probably with a script) to make "address 1" having the same value as "address 2" at any time? Thanks

I thought the order went like this: Direct64 Glide64 Gln Jabos1.6 etc...
Direct64 use DirectX and Glide64 use OpenGL It's basically the same thing, depending on your graphic card.

Ugh nevermind... I'm a moron, I randomly thought that Jabo 1.6 was going to work, since glN64 has major graphical issues for me. Tried with Direct64, and it does sync, sorry for the inconvenience.

P.P.S. I know some Gameshark codes to manipulate some of these, would those be helpful?
Actually, I never tried to search addresses with the help of Gameshark codes, but now that I think of it, it might come handy in some ways :P
