Pretty sure the pause delay has been fixed for a few years, now.

With the release of the newest version of GLideN64, are there updated emulator settings to fix the shadows and visible seams in this game?

I know Bizhawk contains mednafen as its PSX emulator, but I'm having trouble bringing my Xenogears save file from mednafen to Bizhawk. I moved the .mcr files in there, but it appears that Bizhawk uses a .saveram filetype instead to store its saves. Is there a way to convert .mcr to .saveram, or is there another file I should be moving to transfer my saves? Sorry if this isn't the appropriate place to ask this, but this appears to be the official forum for Bizhawk if I'm not mistaken.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c7xJNAJys2s I was wondering if anyone had tried using a genetic algorithm to optimize Mario Party minigames. I imagine in the small doses they come in, with strictly defined victory conditions, it would be pretty effective.

Yeah, I've been fiddling. I'm using a 660 ti, which is pretty certainly not the card being used back then. Thanks for the advice, I'll mess around some more.

The graphics plugin doesn't seem to be the same. I keep getting these yellow tints all over clock town when the camera is in certain positions. i havent found a plugin that avoids this yet. maybe it's a setting within the emulator? examples: i get a lot of flickering at the title screen as well, which doesn't seem to be in the video either

What plugins are used on the TAS of this game? I can't find them listed on the movies.

Are there flawless plugin settings to use for this game as of yet? Even with a non-Mupen emulator?

Check the video description. It's a parody of another video.

If World of Goo could get a yes vote, so can this.

If you're running this hack can you collect multiple stars from a level in one run? That might make an interesting TAS.

Maybe I'm missing something but isn't that useless since it requires the Wind Waker?

Are the ones listed in this thread all the ones that have been done for GCN/Wii? If not, can I find a more complete list somewhere? Additionally, if I were to work on the minigames, is there anything I need to take into account when setting them up? Does the RNG seed of when the game starts play enough of a role that we need to do anything specific for it?

This is everything I expected from a ZX:A (and Mega Man in general) run. Very nice work getting all the disks the ways you did. Yes vote.

I voted No, but this run would be nice to see as gruefood delight.

I say leave it on. The HUD is super non-intrusive, and if there's any close calls in the TAS it's nice to see how many resources you escaped with. The Super Metroid (I think it was Super, maybe Fusion) TAS wouldn't be nearly as cool in some parts if you couldn't see the HP, like when Samus escapes with 1 frame of damage left from a hot screen.

No offense, as I'm sure you guys aren't slacking, per se, but what exactly is the holdup with publication? It's been at publication underway for quite some time, and there's not that many videos sitting on the workbench at all.

NG+ would probably not be allowed since it would have to start from a save. Or has that rule changed?

He's looking at her face.
Technically, yes, but it definitely does not look like that, which makes it hilarious. Those Ganondorf screenshots are good, and exemplify the "warp to ganondorf's tower as child link" thing which is the main draw of the run, as well, but I still personally think the humor factor on the zelda pics makes them a better choice.
