I don't think recording a reset after the ending is a very good idea, since whoever makes the .avi might want a different length for the ending than you.

Or should I work on another RockMan World game? I would go back and do RockMan World 2, except I'm having trouble with item manipulation and it would seem very important to get lots of refills in MetalMan's stage.

Well you'd better find the codec. except all it is is jumping over the hippopotamus before it appears so that you don't have to tangle with it

Okay, so what you're saying is that it's only unskippable if SRAM is completely cleared, and normally erasing the saved files with the in-game option doesn't erase that you've seen the intro movie. So maybe it would be unskippable if you JUST bought the game.

Aren't all the movies technical demonstrations, though?

I don't think it has an option to start a movie with SRAM, but I can't imagine it's TOO hard to add it.

I figure it doesn't matter much because unlike the next game, there are only two forced conversations in this game, and I can get through both of them really fast, so you probably wouldn't catch them anyway. But if it really bothers you, I can work on the American version again.

There isn't an any-percent run yet, is there? I remember there was some discussion of how to do it once, but I'm not sure if it went anywhere.

Eh, yeah... I figure that whatever you do to get the most score will be pretty fast anyway, or at least really cool, so I don't think speed should be the priority.

I don't see any reason to vote for your own movie. I mean, if you submitted it, doesn't that automatically mean you want it to be published?

Okay, then just get Pacifist when it's reasonable. There are lots of other bonuses to try for...

Yeah, and you'd still want to try for fastest time for the time bonuses and a No Damage Clear for lots of points. But then you have some other options. The single-move bonuses are kinda bleh, but trying to get Pacifist more than once might be fun. (For some reason it's really easy to trick Pikachu into just falling down between buildings.)

I actually think a score run would be much more interesting. You would have to go for lots of different bonuses.

Are you talking about the part at the end of the first fortress after getting Ballade's weapon where the building falls apart behind you? I was thinking of using Ballade Cracker for most of that since it can destroy multiple barriers with a single shot, but it is laggy and I may need it more for the final fortress. So I'm not sure because I haven't tested it yet. And does anyone think I should switch to Rockman World 4 for the final run to make it a little faster?

I wonder if some all-movies-ever awards would be better.
