If the only impressive aspect of the movie is that you move the cursor eyeblindingly fast, but your game technique is laughed at by super experienced players of the game, your movie should not be published.

If you do many edits in short time, it merges them as you noted. Your changes are not lost - the last version you've submitted is there. This is an intentional feature - I created it because I want to keep RecentChanges relevant and not flooded by 5 consequent edits by same author to the same page (as I often do).

This argument has some flaws. 1) You assume each reader knows what your post is about before reading it. 2) You assume signal noise does not matter. 3) You assume that since people are polite enough to answer your questions, help is free and should be taken advantage of as much as possible. I'm concerned about your attitude. If a shop has a free coffee serving, it doesn't mean you can take your vacuum jug there and fill it with free coffee. Similar is with your "since I can ask here why should I go searching for answers myself".

Well, there is a tank there (they are two who close in but only one back of).
Ok, sorry - you are right about that. Anyway, this movie wi^H^Hwould have been rejected because it wasn't played at maximum difficulty.

I did not see a tank where the first bomb (immediately after you got the power) hit.

I know I hit a few missiles but if I should not hit any of them I'd have to stop shooting for a sec or two and that would require a longer time then actually destroying them
So in other words, you were lazy, seeing that your aim wasn't in time. I recommend the guidelines again. This falls to the "be interesting" and "be determined" categories.

In August 2004 - The pages of the Nesvideos site were loaded about 220000 times, creating about 1.6 GB of traffic. - Common words used in search were "bisqwit", "famtasia", "nes time attack" and "nes videos". - Globally, the most common words were "chrono trigger rom" and "tales of phantasia rom". Maybe I should remove http://bisqwit.iki.fi/ctfin/rom.php and http://bisqwit.iki.fi/topfin/rom.php some time in future... - Hourly, most activity happens at 22 EET (average 1341 hits per hour) and least activity happens at 13 EET (average 769 hits per hour). - Globally on my webserver, there were 777336 hits, 5.2 GB of traffic, with average of 1044 hits per hour. - On the image server, there was 5.0 GB of traffic, which is a sum of 2501900 hits. - Saturdays were silent days. The ratio of MSIE users seems to be steadily decreasing, while Mozilla browsers are gaining favor. In April, MSIE users had 4.4 times more hits than Mozilla users, but in August, they had only 2.7 times. This change has been going on the whole this year. Opera users are somewhat rarer.

Asking people who know, is the same as looking things up for myself. I could either go scour the internet, or I can ask this forum.
The difference is, when you go searching, you waste only your time. When ask people, you waste everyone's time. Sorry to put it this bluntly.

Is there an objective viewer? You are not an objective person to talk about your existence. God is not an objective person to talk about his existence. People who believe in God are not objective to talk about him. People who don't believe in God are not objective to talk about him. Where do you hope finding an objective person?

True. It seems like the submission publishing process doesn't do all things correctly. It forgets to lock the topics and it apparently has forgot to update this forum thread. The actual submission is in "accepted" state.

Well you shouldn't have submitted it then. When you submit a movie, you're stating that you want us (the site administrators) to publish it. When the rules say we are not accepting VirtuaNES movies, you're directly breaking the rules. I'm not happy about that.

Excuse me? Are you saying that you merely renamed a VMV file into FMV file?? If file conversions were really that easy, you could just "convert" a human into a cat by giving him a cat name.

I recall this topic has already been discussed some months ago. Have you tried to search for existing answers about this topic?

You have two problems: You wrote a bad nondescriptive topic. You haven't read the submission rules.

Yes, this trick is mentioned at RockmanTricks as "falling faster".

Good point - this is a generic trick indeed, not restricted to Rockman movies.

People harming themselves wouldn't be that funny, but the man had so cocky posture that I think he deserved what he got :)

The little dot in the Millenial fair is only available for "new game +". It is required for two of the endings - or actually one, since the first ending is invoked from two different events.

This post goes way back to the originals and off topic from the route via PS that this topic has taken. Do the authors of the new movie for MM2/RM2 know when its to be expected? Personally, I'm quite excited to see how it is exploited!
My guess is that it will be ready by the end of this year, but it all depends on various things, where the personal schedule of the authors is not the least affecting factor.

Instead of debating on ROMs, can someone comment the movie?
