I think I have encountered a severe bug. I go to a cyberspace-esque area after getting ball 4 (before 3), but the level itself is actually way different from the one shown on the screen. Is this intentional or am I screwed?

How can they even play the instruments in these outfits? It must get really hot in there.

Damn, I missed it. Actually, I planned not to watch it since Iceland lost spectacularly in the semi-finals (or whatever they call it). (and to think that the awful "we are the winners, na na na na na" song actually made it through that... *shudder*) So, congratulations!

filespace.org has worked for me so far. (you need to register, though) Edit: it seems to be not responding at the moment, anyone else having problems with filespace.org?

Seems like a great and useful program. Yes, definitely make it available. People have always been able to change the author, description and everything anyway. (though it might have been a little bit trickier).

I never could like Jet Force Gemini because the controls lagged behind like half a second or more. In other words, you press a button, then you have to wait a while before anything happens in-game. I really wanted to play the game, but that stupid thing made it unplayable. Turok 2 also had the same problem. (I never had that problem with any other games, so don't blame my TV setup).

Besides the ones already mentioned, I would add: Conker's Bad Fur Day Yoshi's Story (it's a lovely game despite what anyone says) Blast Corps Starfox 64 (in Europe it's called Lylat Wars) Pilotwings 64 I've also heard good things about Paper Mario but I haven't played it at all so I can't really tell.

I must be really good because I recognized 3 of those tunes. (1, 2 and 6) Yay! I score three points! Edit: 501st post, woohoo!

I have two of those SNES gamepads converted into USB with some chip thingy inside it. It's not as good as it looks, and I frequently have to use JoyToKey to use it properly, but it's really awesome for SNES and NES games. The D-pad on them are actually pretty bad, but not as bad as the PS1/2 ones. As for the future of gamepads, I'm eagerly awaiting my "Wii", and I hope someone will make an adapter for PC so I can use that baby for everything. :D

If a monkey knew how to play Rockman, I would watch and think "hey, that monkey is really good!".

Yeah baby, now I can make my "Penn and Teller's Smoke and Mirrors" run. Of course I will first have to figure out how the hell to beat the game. :/ Thank you so much for doing this. Of course I have no idea if it actually works, but for now I'm just going to assume that it works like a dream. :D

I'm sure you knew this already, but don't forget that you can jump right before running out of dash power. You'll keep the speed while in the air. In fact, you could do large sections like that. Dash-jump. Dash-jump. Dash-jump. Instead of waiting until your dash meter is full all the time. Also, this is just my opinion, but I think you should look into not just skipping the bonus games. Would it be interesting at all to manipulate a different game each time and then proceed to completely own it? The tennis game might be a problem, though. And the weight thing would be uninteresting. But at least the Hampton game would be funny (don't forget you can move the tile Hampton is walking on).

Are you trying to play with ZSNES? Because the resulting ROM does not work with any recent version of it. You have to use Snes9x.

Is it just me or is it really easy to get stuck in places with no escape? Going left from an elevator, I dropped down a long shaft and assumed I could actually get somewhere, but all there is down there is one missle upgrade, a permanently locked door and an inaccessable ledge (it's too high). And of course I can't go back the same way. >:( Edit: nevermind, I found it. You have to walk through an apparently solid wall. Bad level designer! Bad!

Careful, if you keep it up you'll all get Guanno-bowled. (I'm soooo funny) Oh and about the run, great job so far. I can't tell you how glad I am that someone is just doing this game instead of merely talking about it on and on.

*whoosh* That was the sound of this video going over my head. I have played the game before, but it was a long time ago, and watching this video felt like an acid trip of some kind. Great job, I suppose! And congratulations for having the first Non-Mario N64 movie published. :D

I understand exactly what you mean. Since you didn't activate the text thing last time, it's still active when you go back. But I think there might be a way to skip it on the way back anyway. Of course, you are more qualified to talk about this than I am, since you're the one doing the run and I haven't even experimented at all. Regardless, if there is NO way to skip that text the second time, you should still skip it the first time because it looks more cool/funny that way. :D

Well, can't you skip it again? Find where the trigger area is and go around it.

That was pretty ... trippy. Now if they only would practise this for a year or two and then do it really fast and smooth. :D

I suggest not using anything from a romhack movie. Very few people have played those, so it will only add confusion. You could do another "romhack only" movie later.

Does the extra-jump glitch help, though?
Possibly, I don't know. I can't think of any place at the moment. Thanks for the input, though. :)

Thanks, but the 16-select trick is a deliberate cheat, like 50 lives in Contra, etc. Also, it's possible to not lose altitude when jetting without turning around at all.

I don't know, but if Aqfaq isn't right, you could try try asking at What Was That Game.
