This is better, because now I can type the url instead of having to type "bisqwit" and get redirected by google. And I also had the cookie problem.

I haven't messed around with it much, but I found out something new. New to me, at least. It seems that when you use Jeff's SPY command, it actually has a chance to steal an item (confirmed by starmen.net and other faqs). This means it would be MUCH easier to manipulate the Sword of Kings because it would be very easy to just Spy it on the right time and steal it, instead of trying to get it perfectly at the end of the battle.
This would be useless in a tas, since tas's are supposed to be perfect. Also, I'm not sure getting the sok would be worth it since it seems Poo would be constantly using PK, unless doing criticals with an sok would do more damage.

Maybe a little damage, but not much. I don't think it would make leveling worth it. If I'm right, it'll make route planning much easier (especially since we wouldn't have to deal with that stupid rock candy trick).

The run looks good. Limit is my favourite metroid hack, so I'm especially interested in seeing a tas of this.

It's very slow for me. edit: Nevermind; I had zsnes running in the background. It's still slow, though, but that's probably due to my lack of proper graphics drivers. Also, it won't let me use my controller. Hmm...

Your current one is better than all the suggestions so far except maybe shakespeare's and foda's.

Since it says that it won't run on zsnes 1.4x, i'm kind of stuck. I don't even know whether i patched the rom correctly. Can anyone verify that the crc is supposed to be 93026659?

I believe it froze up in certain places, so I'd probably have to do it in japanese. English sucks anyway.

I completely forgot about that. Anyway, I need to do a run of the first two first (if no-one else does).

Definite yes vote. I like how you even use the input for entertainment.

I'm sure someone will make an open source implementation. sure, it'll probably violate a hundred software patents, but emulation isn't exactly kosher either.

by my estimation based on the size of the video's, the final thing will be 4:30 long. Very rough, though, obviously.

Mostly anglo-saxon, some german, some norman, some french, some welsh. My surname, Davis, is welsh, and my mum's was english. I'm not exactly pure, but still proud of my germano-celtic ancestry. I currently reside in America, but intend to leave as soon as convenient.

I think its a great idea to keep the names like they are. Every Final Fantasy fan know the names and you can follow the story much better. It would be a bad idea to name them all A, B, C, D ..... Or maybe only all A like I do it in Final Fantasy Adventure. But in my Final Fantasy Adventure the Story is not so big and I name only 2 person A. By so much different persons it would be much harder to follow the story.
It's too bad they got Tina's name wrong. Also, why are they all written in majuscules? By the way, great job on the WIP, Catastrophe!

I'm guessing that the game stores unused characters in 16 backup slots. I'm also guessing that it puts each one in a certain slot so it doesn't have to figure out where they are. Therefore, the game normally stores celes in kutan's slot after locke's scenario. Since that didn't happen, you get kutan. So a safe mechanism wouldn't have worked anyway, since celes wasn't even initiated.
