Movie optimisation was quite incredible and lots of frame-optimisations and non-RTA viable strats were implemented into this TAS, such as cell phone overflows and a couple of glitches with the punch card. The creator of this TAS has clearly spent a lot of work on it. RNG manipulation is also extremely optimised, which is excaberated in the Omega Flowey segment, only losing a couple more or less unavoidable frames here and there to RNG manipulation. The submission text is also very detailed and explanatory. As for the video, it was incredibly entertaining and informative, fufilling the goal of user entertainment. Many skips and glitches were used in this TAS which makes it all the more have entertainment value. In addition, some glitches were incorporated for entertainment despite not saving time, such as the umbrella "smell" glitch which is a meme in the community. The creator also clearly went out of his way to save time in specific regions, such as the EEBP trick which saves only 5 seconds but requires a double overflow and additional routing on the TASers part. Many frame-saving tricks also took precedence throughout this run, such as optimised movement and better menuing.
Only problem with the run is that there is a particularly loud segment where the game attempts to start a cutscene every frame in the three switches room in Hotland. However I understand this is neccessary in saving time and cannot be avoided. Other than that, I would definitely upvote this TAS.
Wonderful and optimised to watch!
