I have Impossible Creatures 1 1/2 times, because one of the 2 disks broke so I had to buy it again.

Wow, I feel unworthy. I have MLB baseball 2000 for Gameboy X2 because I got it for Christmas from 2 different people. That's about it.

Sorry, I don't understand what's odd about the bug. Could you explain please?

*Brain explodes* *Force of explosion propels jaw downwards* *Watches again* That is some epic skill. I can't really think of any other words to justify how awesome that guy is, so my post is done.

Instant stacking does lend itself well to a TAS, but this one barely uses luck-manipulation and it's still slower than the NES Tetris TAS. Plus, I didn't like the music.

Question: What's the best score on this song that's been achieved by a human being? I've never played guitar hero, so I want to know how big an achievement this would be for a person.

I just checked and it turns out the level 17 Onix does indeed have enough of an experience yield to level up Mew to level 10. I'm not sure if 2 normal Water Guns can knock out Onix with max DV's, but one critical hit and a normal hit is enough to do the job. Since you have to pass this Onix anyway, this works out well to give Mew Tnansform.
IIRC, Primo's first published TAS of this game fought this Onyx with Mew, too. I forget how it worked out, though.

It's just not necessary to use in the latest run, because of the bug to skip Snorlax entirely.

Even for 2P TAS, I use the keyboard for both. For my RCR TAS, I set WASD as up, left, down, right for P2. I had M and N as A and B, and Z and X for P1's A and B. It was fine.

Mirror move fails if you switch (or faint) so fearow cant transform into Nidoking. So at least using mew it wouldn't be possible.
What if mew used transform and it failed, then Fearow used mirror move, so it knew transform?

Unfortunately, Dittos first appear relatively late in the game.
Well, Ditto has a hex number of 4C (76), so it could also be acquired with trainer/fly.

I found an odd bug yesterday, it may have some use. You know the bug where mario dies as he falls into a cannon, but his dead body can still fly around? In this bug, Mario is alive but the game thinks he's dead. In Hazy Maze Cave, going for the star "metal-head mario can move", I fell in the pit right before the star. Trying to get out, I walljumped off the black stuff at the bottom. Apparently, this crossed the "you died" point, so the camera closed, but I managed to wall jump one more time as it closed. When I came out of the level, I jumped out of the black pit, but not in the normal way. I came out in a different direction, at a different speed, and could control Mario instantly. Maybe, with the way you keep your speed, this could be used in a bug where Mario pseudo-dies and then BLJ's, which could introduce BLJing in a place where it's normally impossible.

It's faster paced than baseball, requires more precision than basketball, and is more violent than football.

I can sympathize with you, with my stepdad being a Leafs fan, and having rooted for the Expos back when they were still a team. It seems too many Canadian sports teams are doomed to suckage. Ah, well. The Flames are having a decent year.

0 star Mario 64. It is such a milestone improvement, so that's my vote.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lYd3LG_Zgwo&feature=related I found this video on Youtube of a bug to collect hundreds of coins in seconds on Whomp's Fortress. This could be a faster way to get the 100-coin star. However, in the video, the star doesn't appear, so I think coin #100 would need to be a normal one.

I'm presently on a short vacation, but I should be able to post some feedback within 16 hours. Just looking at the run information, the rerecord count seems low, but some people are pretty good at making optimal runs with few rerecords.

Think of what you'd get if you crossed Super Mario 64 with River City Ransom: a great physics engine, a shopping/upgrades system, and some intensely cool fighting. The design would take into account that the player has superhuman reflexes, and can see well into the future. IE, instead of "acro circus" you'd have some ability that is impossible to control in realtime.
I vote for that idea.

When doing "Record movie", choose the "record from savestate" or "record from now" options. But, I say again, I'd rather have movies which are just added to the end of my latest movie.

Adelikat, for SMB2, Marble Madness, and Punchout. Baxter wins runner-up for Tetris.

Grabbing animal morphs is necessary to beat bosses. Luck-manipulation can only be done by changing when fights start, and it would entail a lot of waiting to beat the bosses with weaker animals. The gorilla is not most powerful. Which is the most powerful changes, but something with 2 attacks or more is best. When a fight starts, there is a predetermined order of which attacks will hit or not, and with a 2-attack animal (like the lion or shark), one can alternate between attacks for maximum damage. The monkey is blue because it looks so much like gorillas and chimpanzees, so it's just a distinction. Waiting for an animal to move is just luck-manipulation for either the fight or to be able to run away faster if the fight cannot be avoided.
