I have been a huge fan of this game (and probably the only active speedrunner of this game lol). I also did a bit of experiments on the turret despawn for myself, and I found out that it is possible to insta-kill the 2nd boss in Area 3 and the 2nd boss in Area 4, while eliminating 7-8 turrets in the 1st boss of Area 4.
