I just did some 2 player testing, and Gooey makes a very poor second character to use because, once you don't need him anymore it takes time to: if using him as CPU, make him disappear or swallow him if using as a second player, you can't make him disappear and he'll slow you down, especially if riding an animal buddy So I think I'm just going to use him at the final fight and that's it, it doesn't take too long to grab an animal and head out the door, too bad Gooey is not as useful as he would be, and if only he'd go away when you don't need him more.

As far as I can tell, he gave up on this because it was taking beyond too long, and he lost patience for it and had other stuff to do. We TASers do have normal lives.

No, we just need to find another player as skilled as Spezzafer, or get him motivated to finish it (unlikely.)

I'm throwing in the towel as well. Forget testrun of 4-3- I can't even do a decent test run of 1-1. Time and patience I have- skill at this game I don't.

sure thing, it'd be a great way to show my friends without them having to download everything. I just hope the quality isn't lost.

You haven't seen the double run yet? I can't wait to see: DKC2 any% Mario 64 16 and 120 Star Starfox 64 I feel really honered that my run is one of only two that you want to really *want* to see. I can't wait for your run to be finished to fully complete the DKC series. On a side note, I did a little research and I think that Super Donkey Kong Country 2 was released for GBA, I'll look into it.

Kirby 64 has various foods that replenish your hp, a varieties of cakes and desserts, apple pie might be one of them.

... At this rate... I'm going to be the last viewer to see the AVI of my own run... I hate the irony. I missed the exact moment it got put in the submission list... The site was down on thursday so I missed it being labeled as underway publication... and the internet was down friday night, plus I slept very late saturday morning so I missed the moment it was published as well... hm, the download is probably going to finish similarly when I'm doing something else lol.

Hm, It's either Bramble Scramble or Windy Well. Windy Well clearly shows side tracking to get to a bonus, whereas in Bramble Scramble the bee's eyes are hilarious, and the colors are more bright. Final decision: Bramble Scramble, because of the picture and content; Bramble Scramble is brighter, and Windy Well has all the sprites in the upper right corner. Plus, the movie description mentions the DK coins, and hit detection/movement bugs; the bramble scramble pic features both of those. Now if only my Azureus would run at more than 3.0 KB/s so I don't have to wait a day or more for the AVI... sob downloading this is going to take forever, darn UMD's 10.0 Mbps LAN line

Ok, I've got it down to 5: 113520: Bramble Scramble, getting the DK Coin as Squawks 210100: Web Woods killing bees 240298: Windy Well getting to bonus #2 256701: Castle Crush Team-Throwing through bees 314060: Krocodile Kore final boss fight The web woods and castle crush ones don't have to do with 102% but they are darn cool, the other 3 pics do relate and are just plain aesthetically pleasing. In order of most desirable: Krocodile Kore pic Bramble Scramble pic Windy Well pic Castle Crush pic Web Woods pic

Alright, I'll take a very close look today and pick a few. The things I'll be looking for are where a lot of action is going on, plus some sort of relevance to the bonuses or DK coins.

I know I'd be heavily interested if both came out at the same time, plus it'd be a very interesting and themed day

I think it goes both ways, you can suggest one or they can pick one for you... I ask because I have like 30+ favorite screenshots

I barely remember playing the DKL2 , I think I lost it and instead played the DKL3 way more. But they both got me extremely knowledgable about the mechanics of Donkey Kong. As for if I'll ever do TASes of them; most likely not.

yeah sounds familiar... I dunno probably not, I don't like how the Gameboy games are emulated (though the GBA games are) and most definetly the same tricks/glitches cannot be used. Also, I do have 4 runs that I'm working on now, so I'm booked. For those late voters, be sure that for whichever run of those 4 that I finish first to vote for, and of course to rate this movie.

I played it so long ago... I think that there are color differences, and very other small changes... I don't know if the all the button sequences are the same... I dunno, plus I'm not familiar with Game Boy emulators, and the quality is not as beautiful as SNES. I'll consider it. Does anyone have any favorite screenshots?

Thanks one and all for believing in me :P Yay it's getting published I can't wait to see this in AVI I really hope to bring the same determination and skill to my next 3 100% runs. On a side note, I noticed the site was down for pretty much all of thursday, what was that about? The submission is under publication, did it get accepted then published, or does it go the other way around?? If it's the former then I missed that moment :(
