They're both very old submissions, and thus could benefit from further optimizations, but they should suffice for now.
For the first coinless cannon-less capless one, [4490] N64 Super Mario 64 "1 key" by Tyler Kehne, mkdasher, sonicpacker, snark, SilentSlayers, ToT, Plush, Dabs, Gaehne D, Eru, sm64expert, dar gos, Superdavo0001 & IsaacA in 04:18.98 outright makes that category unneeded since it does the same thing.

You are right. Now that I see it, maybe my route diference was a mistake. I'm gonna cancel my submission so I can check better where are the differences
In the future, if you wanted more time to check some things you should set it to Delayed instead of Cancelled if you just want to delay it.

There's only 1 japanese version, but yes, it's patched in every other version of the game
Ok so it could be considered to be a version difference perhaps?

I'm going to share this WIP TAS here for feedback that I can continue even with using a save state (I used the save state for an already complete options menu so I wouldn't have to include switching the settings e.g 1.2 control style in the menu in the final time). It is Perfect Dark Any% RTA for the Nintendo 64, this is on the PAL version due to a large PAL exclusive trick on Deep Sea. I want to get this published onto tasvideos.org so I want to know if I'm going to have to start over to make it legal, I'd rather not have to redo around 16 hours or so of work. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1T8x-zD6uDv6t_imzaQE7uc3HdobCCynv/view
Based on Movie Rules https://tasvideos.org/MovieRules starting from a save state is typically not allowed. It sounds like you are only doing that to change options settings, which is not a special enough circumstance. Since this is using Bizhawk and TAStudio which makes modification easy, it should not be that onerous to adjust inputs to include the options changes. There will probably be some inputs that need to be adjusted in level, but you do not have to redo the whole thing.

Link to video I found a completely different path through the first two dungeons that saves about a dozen frames over this submission. ...I then discovered a new 100-frame improvement that doesn't apply to this run but does apply to the original submission, so an improvement would actually just be to the original path. So I uploaded this video to show off the other route I came up with, just for posterity.

As I was checking your test run under the User files, I noticed that it has 3069 rerecords while the run submitted has 770 rerecords. Can you explain this discrepancy and what the true rerecord count ought to be?
It's probably just a side effect of how I make runs. I know TAStudio has Branching functionality but I never bothered to learn it, I just save different project files for testing different strats and ideas. So a lot of my rerecords disappear that way, most likely. Also, I didn't really have to test a lot of ideas in this route, the game is a little deterministic so old strategies from my previous test run could be largely copied over here, making the rerecord count lower naturally.

Oh, I'm not even aware of the Johann secret. But, you could definitely do it faster than intended with just 2 oils, since you can hit the 2 bottom webs with bow and amulet in 1 pass. Plus skipping extra boots & key, surely you'd come out ahead, if all you were concerned about was total time. But honestly, while I think it's interesting that the rope trick exists, I don't think that much of it. Obviously I'd do it every time in an RTA because the game is hard enough as it is. But for a TAS, I don't know that it's worth cutting out 2 minutes of quality late-game action, unless there was something else to gain from it. Just my opinion though. Not a big deal to me either way.
Total time is my primary concern while TASing, yeah. I wouldn't feel happy with this run being published if I had knowledge of a path I missed that saves two minutes. Watching your realtime run made me realize there were a couple other rooms I could have done faster, and facts I didn't know. Like how you can carry multiple hammers, why did I think you couldn't? This could maybe save some time in Selfishness too, I'm getting ideas. So yeah I'm definitely remaking this run from the start, it'll probably take a week, given how busy real life is in this month particularly.
Twisted_Eye read your post and it sounds like you would like to work further on this submission. This has not been published yet, so would you like to have this submission changed to Delayed? Then when you are ready post the new movie file, post a link from userfiles, and this submission can be updated with the faster movie.

There are a couple concerns regarding this tas. 1) So taking a look at this I feel there should be more room to be saved since you achieve 9999 four minutes before the end of the final fight. That would mean there is a lot of time available to be saved from doing lengthy finishers or combo farming. Is there a reason for the extra point farming? 2) What is going on here with the extra delays and missing hits? https://youtu.be/MYr5HdZEJW4?si=l4B68KeE9BShPXd_&t=247 ? 3) At some points you are also hitting blocking enemies for several seconds, this seems counterproductive, is there some reason for that?

I'm guessing without the practice ROM, the run doesn't sync on console? I have 0 idea what to make of a movie that console verifies on a practice ROM, yet doesn't on the original (unless I interpret it wrong.) Is it possible to extract the inputs from the macro to work on a non practice ROM? I'm very curious.
The practice ROM has its own "in-game" movie playback (and recording). It's not reading live controller inputs, it's essentially reading an input file from RAM. That's why it's able to sync on the practice ROM but not the real thing. In the first place, it might not be possible to re-create this run as a traditional TAS because GZ uses "hacks" to fix RNG at every scene transition, and emulators deal with RNG differently. But even if that's possible, true console verification still hasn't been achieved for this game as far as I know.
When you say it fixes RNG what do you mean exactly?

I have to say I do not understand your steps to run this on emulator especially with that github project or the instructions to open a menu in game to then run what you are calling a macro. Could you make a short video on how to make this file then run it in BizHawk?

I do see some color difference in those images, which is curious. However I do not think the very slight color difference matters much overall.

OMG! What an epic game. The heavy campiness of this thing made me laugh through the whole thing. I especially enjoyed how the developer became lazier as the game progressed where they would sometimes reuse the same clip of the same guy multiple times, and sometimes even back to back. I suppose the nature of how they have live action video clips really makes it difficult for multiple things to happen at the same time and that is why only single enemies are popping out at the same time. That shooting was really amusing as well on some enemies with the bullets on the eyes and other places lol. Very nice!

This is better, but this new movie ends exactly on the timer being 0. You could shave off some more frames from the total movie length. Like while the taxi is falling off from the wall drift trick the input could be stopped a little earlier.
Ignore that request for a further truncated movie above. Replaced movie with new one SJ posted where it ends when the timer hits 0.

I do not think it is boring but not interesting enough for me to watch the whole thing after a couple minutes. Not as interesting as the playaround imo.

Kusoge I made a new truncated file for you that ends on the final hit on Akuma. The game naturally restarts so the submitted file that inputs the name entry does not need to be the actual submitted file. It can be the file that is published though. Could you verify this file looks good to you? https://tasvideos.org/UserFiles/Info/638663072342864001 Original file with name entry (For publisher). https://tasvideos.org/UserFiles/Info/638663071354753561

Hello SJ. I have uploaded a truncated version here. This is what I meant with ending early input. Your new file was 16787 frames in length. this is 15858 frames in length which would cut off a significant chunk and still get the ending. https://tasvideos.org/UserFiles/Info/638659694070056090 Please review this file. Does this look correct to you? if it does I could replace the current version with this one.

I enjoyed watching your Crazy Taxi TAS. I need to ask about the Wall Drift bug however. When you start the final Wall Drift with the final customer you have about $7500 and only about 10 seconds left on the clock. When that remaining time you abort the Wall Drift with 3 seconds to go yet you end up with about $22000. So that means in only 7 seconds of Wall Drift you were able to get about $14500. This makes me question the length of the TAS. The first customer gives you 60 seconds on the clock. If the rate of money is the same where you can get $14500 in 7 seconds after getting the combo rate up, why not spend 20 to 25 seconds (or whatever it takes) Wall Drifting with the first customer and get well over $20000?
