I need to identify the problem, and to know how to identify whether I've got the correct dump of the game.
This should be the correct ISO information (from redump.org):
Length 04:30:04
Sectors 20254
Size 47637408
CRC-32 77e2f283
MD5 29cd4570c7e2c47e1ff9e5532741b88c
SHA-1 bb00e93dee4b5dea7c889ef0391f61fbde47c1d8
And here is a free utility that checks your ISO's MD5 against one you provide (the one I posted above). Hope this helps. EDIT: Changed ROM to ISO. Small mistake.

I haven't received any spam mail as weird as that, but I once got a message with the subject "Learn your Credit Score. Knowledege is Power". I thought that was really ironic and funny.

That puts it under 10 minutes then. Well done!

Talked to Nothing (Japanese TASer) recently. He said that 25 stars were done in the "120 stars" TAS. They are currently in DDD, improving the 100 coins star.
Aren't you and the rest of the 0 star team helping them? I remember from the WIP encode you posted of the first few stars, your names were listed as contributors.

In Latin, "JEHOVA" begins with an "I"!
I think that's just how the design of the letter J looks in Latin.

Unfortunatelly, using the goal sphere in Bowser castle doesn't trigger the credits, the goal sphere just brings mario to the overworld map. If it doesn't trigger the credits, the game is not beaten.
I tested it - and interestingly, it does let you exit bowsers level with start+select
What do you mean by this? Do you mean pressing Start+Select while using the goal sphere triggers the credits?

But is it in French?
Yes, the game's text is in French.
But possible to get it in English.
It's faster to choose French because it's the first option on the select language screen. Choosing English would be slower because he would have to move the cursor to it.

it doesnt sub the 10 minutes yet... (we need 43 more frames or so...)
It looks to me like it will. If frames are saved from fadeout lag, different score, and red shell lag management in Yoshi's Island 4, as Lil Gecko said, then you will probably be able to do it.

Nice! Looks great! I never thought the published movie would be improved by this much, and I never thought it would sub 10 minutes.

That and Mario touching a Super Star in that video and turning into Fire Mario make me think that some company other than Nintendo made the theme song and messed it up.

To avoid hitting the ground and doing a little bounce, could you puff up 1 frame before hitting the ground and blow the air out? (in 3-2 when you're invincible)
Yes, I noticed it just recently. I just won't bother going back for that little trick...
How far are you now? Like Comicalflop said, you may be able to edit the segment and continue working on the rest.

Did you test SlowKing's red shell fireball idea? Also, I agree that it should be published; amaurea brought up some good points.

I guess Shinespark was deemed illegal. Otherwise, Samus probably would've won by a lot. Here's the sequel, with more characters.

Well, maybe you could post it to the WIP thread so someone else might be inspired to work on it while VanillaCoke is working on Sonic Colors. Just a suggestion.

That looks awesome! I suppose you could ask the judges to replace the submission file before it's actually published, but you might not be done with the improvement before that happens.

This game looks awesome. The run is very entertaining and has amazing technical quality! I liked seeing the tricks and glitches and watching the fast-paced action. Obvious yes vote (even though it's been accepted already).

One of the puns is from you, DarkKobold. Should we be afraid of your puns too? It's actually funny how bad sgrunt's puns are. It would have been entertaining to see how other users reacted to his puns in IRC.

I thought this was pretty funny too, but as Supper said, the main part of the run just looks like a slower version of the Family Feud TAS. Is there another mode that you can use that still abuses the response entry system?

I have updated my Super Mario World comparison script.
Looks good! I definitely like it better than the old one. I wouldn't think using the goal sphere in Bowser's Castle counts as beating the game, because it would take you back to the overworld, which requires user input to move around in. The overworld is still part of the game. Plus, the credits and the words "The End" never appear if a goal sphere is used. Also, I like how people are discussing the 96-exit run on this topic's 96th page. :D

I have to agree with Zavalix. I found this somewhat entertaining until Level 6, and I stopped watching after just a minute and a half of that. Voting No.
