So there's no confusion, I'm changing the game name to "Ganso!! Yanchamaru" based on the information on this page ("This portable sequel is a unique game and not a port of one of the existing Kid Niki/Yanchamaru titles") and this page (similar sentence, also the first screenshot matches the scene in this run at about 0:24 of the encode).

It looks like someone with the necessary privileges would have to add the reason for each rejection manually. I can do some of them now, but I'm very tired and will be going to bed soon, so hopefully someone else can chip in and do the rest.

Awesome! Great to see the optimal spins.

Thanks for clearing that up for us, Despatche. If this run doesn't break any rules, perhaps it could be rejudged now that we have the Vault.

Oh wow, didn't see that coming. Sorry about that, x2poet. I hope this didn't discourage you in any way.

This looked pretty superhuman! I liked the route planning to get all of the items, the damage tricks and of course, klmz's big glitches. Yes vote!

Don't worry, it's not just you. I was surprised to see you land on the clouds too. We can't jump on clouds in real life, after all.

That was as technically solid as I hoped it would be, good work! It was pretty hard to listen to, though, and kind of boring to watch, so I'm going to vote Meh.

Yes, that's a good idea. The branch was removed from Silver Surfer too, for the same reason. It can keep the "Pacifist version" movie tag though.

Very cool video! Lots of good information on game design. I will have to watch the EarthBound one when it comes out.

I watched this twice to try and decide whether my vote would be a Yes or Meh. I think there were just too many slow parts of the run, so I'll go with Meh. However, it was fun to see your ship keep getting faster engines and more powerful weapons leading up to that epic boss rush level. Thanks for making this run!

Very entertaining for the first few minutes, and a little less so afterward, but I kept watching until the end anyway. I think this could be consistently fast-paced and glitchy enough to become a Moon. Voting Yes!

That was pretty fast! Does it waste any time to get hit by the "Goof" thing?

Looks like that one file is in fact faulty, as it won't open in Dolphin either. Hope it didn't contain anything important. The others open just fine now, and I was able to change a button press in my Anubis II TAS by changing 6 "A"s in a row to "B". Thank you!

Thanks in advance for providing that for us, Spikestuff. It looks like the site doesn't have a "C64" System ID yet, which might be why it always chooses the wrong system (defaults to NES?) for your C64 runs. It seems to read the file's rerecord count and time and such just fine; it just doesn't recognize the title of the core given.

Here's MESHUGGAH's WIP of Level 1 from almost 3 months ago. It'd be nice to see the game beaten even faster than the new speedrun, if he's still interested.

I'm still looking forward to the submission. Judging by your WIPs, it should be at least as entertaining as the Sonic Adventure TAS (and that one won an award!).

I think the run can best be compared to Silver Surfer (in Spikestuff's link), where it doesn't matter if you shoot the enemies in the autoscrollers or not, as long as you destroy the bosses as fast as possible.

I can't seem to open any of my existing 4.0 and later DTMs, whether or not they use the Nunchuk. For most of them, I got a "Could not open...'capacity' must be greater than zero. Parameter name: capacity" error, but for one of them it was a "could not open...input stream does not match" error instead.

Looks good so far! She has a pretty wide range of moves, and it helps keep things consistently entertaining.

That was super entertaining! Well done with the planning, execution, and optimization. This is one of my favorite TASes now.

Since we have the Vault now, you could uncancel this and have it published if you want. I think it would be a nice addition to the site.

I have an example of it here. I hope CoolKirby doesn't mind I used his WIP file to show this off real quick.
That looks cool! I hope it turns out faster than my input. Maybe it could also be used to skip some puzzles later on. And I don't mind.

Also, there's a screen of enemies right at the end of Omashu with Aang and Sokka where they can kill one less enemy than intended and still be able to scroll to the next section of the stage.
Thanks for sharing that, I'll keep it in mind.

Thanks, Spikestuff. What did you do to compress it further?

That was great! Such a funny glitch. This will be quite a broken and entertaining run.

Looks great, Kurabupengin! I replaced the old 20(!) KB screenshot with your 6.57 KB one.
