Awesome improvement, and I like the little easter egg you hid in the movie on a certain stage. Yes vote

He didn't even need to search. Mothrayas' post provided him a link to it ironically above his.

a lot the juggles require somewhat precise timing, and spacing, need to dash or move forward in between hits often. In the first combo I think you can do his DF + RK,LK to hit on the ground at the end. After yosh's leg launch, I know you can do the standing suicide, maybe with a dash away you could somehow connect with the dashing suicide.
Thanks for the tips. I'll try those things you said

This game is painfully slow. Most of the time watching this. I was thinking "Come on Mario hurry it up." Game design is confusing too.The game creator can't decide whether it's SMB 1/3 or Castlevania.

The name maker is hilarious and probably provides hours of fun on its own. I named all my characters "Guga" except the third one, which I called "Trog". Guess who survived.
Guga survived of course. The world wouldn't be the same without him.

I am not usually one to say things like this, but I feel like this submission has been just holding up space in the workbench. There have been many people who gave suggestions for better goals for a more entertaining run. The submitter has acknowledged the suggestions, but has not shown to take any initiative for a new movie in the DS thread or to submit an improvement file to the submission text for 4 days. Is there by any chance a judge who will assess this situation ?

I feel like I should replay Tekken 3 at some point if I wanted to give any meaningful feedback on the WIPs. In the meanwhile, I recommend you research the game and the characters more to know exactly what you can do with them in the matches. Tekken 3 is a popular enough game that many people have already stretched it to its limits in the past, so your job of creating superhuman, all-around awesome and surprising gameplay is especially demanding. The expectations are high...!
It would be greatly appreciated. As far as characters goes I just look for the best combos I can find over the web and youtube. It's greatly difficult mainly as no one really likes sharing secrets or the ultimate juggles due to it still being played a lot online today. Tekken 3 is indeed pushed to the limits, but it's shrouded with many players who just don't want to give others an edge of any kind. Even some the FAQ's actually give juggle combos that purposely don't work fully.

Among other games I would like to see remade would be Rolling Thunder. The third one for Genesis on Hard mode was brutal where everything can kill you in one shot and grenades/melee in two. It's enforcing the player to choose the right weapons was good too.

What bothers me about these new games is how they have to tell people how to play the game every 5 minutes like I am going to miraculously forget. The AI is also pathetic on even the hardest difficulty, and they don't stop my progression of the slightest. I sometimes purposely handicap myself just to get a better challenge. Something on the level of difficulty of Smash TV or Total Carnage would be a blessing.

You get alot of 3 pairs,
this is because they are faster, and can be done very quickly with no setup

no it wold not. it takes alot of setup time to get a large pair, slowing the run down. Also, the "good" are not chains, they are me swapping in mid air
Thanks for the explanation. I was probably mistaking that some of the Bejeweled mechanics in the game might've worked better. As far as this run goes. I am still a little skeptical that Bejeweled wasn't the best game choice to TAS.

Meh I didn't see what was so special about this. You get alot of 3 pairs, and no massive gem pairs of the same color which would speed up the run dramatically. As far as this goes it could've been better. You get alot of Good but no Excellent multiple times. I don't even see you get Spectacular or Awesome either :/

Nice you finished it. I definitely enjoyed this run, and the total mockery of the opponents. I see that even Heihachi cloned himself twice to try to stop you lol. Yes vote.

NICE you managed to get Yoshimitsu. When Jin is on the ground charge up a suicide, it would make it funny, 'cause during the time he is on the ground you can charge up a stab on yourself and then hit him on the second, For most likely a Double KO. (This is instead of the sword on ground)
Thanks. I'll do that instead for the ground section. Hopefully I'm headed in the right direction for this TAS though. It has managed to go back to the beginning a lot lol.

This game has some amazing juggles in it. The switching out of characters doe help it make more entertaining as well. Wouldn't mind hearing what everyone else has to say about it. GBA could use some more submissions anyways

I kind of liked the force mode when I played it, I remember thinking it'd make a decent speedrun or TAS. I'd be curious to see how some the different characters compare in tactics and time. For play around I'd have to say I need to see more unlikely and ridiculous combos and moves. There's a bunch of tekken3 combo videos around played in real time, need to stuff at least as large and entertaining as those.
Yeah i have been copying some of those combos for my new WIP. This game can't get much higher than 10 depending on the moves. I assure you that I haven't forgotten or abandoned this project. EDIT: Guess it wouldn't hurt to do a quick encode even though it's just stage 1

I don't understand your doubt, because this aims for fastest completion of the game (any%). Playaround only when we have to wait for something, like in the auto-scroll level.
I mean the accomplishment as in progression with the levels. For example a DKC TAS. The levels change according to the worlds giving new challenges, and explanation. Giving a sense that they're getting further in. This hack is challenging but other than supposedly saving the princess. I can't see any logic behind this game of what you're supposed to do other than survive.

Thank you for you for reply Bisqwit, I was actually talking about the FCEU bot. It's interesting watching feos' encode of it playing Super Mario Bros. Always wondered what goes on the bot's mind and how he sees the world code wise. Overall I still was interested how the other bots work. It's amazing how to see how they interpret incoming information to logically react to it. The parsing part does sound difficult. It always seems very challenging for a bot reacting to the context of a sentence. To get the right reaction. It typically takes knowing the person that is talking to make general sentences that could work in subject to that certain person. Another issue is lack of opinion as well typically too. For example someone could mention they might like a certain game, movie or song. The bot won't say a negative or positive thing about it. Like their "favorite" boss in Mega Man if someone mentions Mega Man. I do appreciate that you took the time out of your day to explain how it all works out. I find they do have some good potential of doing some amazing things all in all. They do save some time doing tedious work.
