This movie was quite boring. I fell asleep 3 times. It was way to repetitive, and it didn't show off enough bugs (I'm not sure if there are enough bugs in the game). It consisted of going through walls and l+r, mainly. The highlight was the shell jumping 1ups, but even that couldn't save the run from the fate I'm going to give it.
Sorry, I vote a strong no.
Although I've asked this before, can we buy the shield from the business scrub we megaflip from? After we purchase it from him, does he attack you?
The reason why I ask this is because maybe you can factor in going into the lost woods into the rupee route?
<insert big route here>
So that's 59 surefire rupees (they're always there), and you could always manipulate probably just as many by cutting grass and throwing rocks.
How can we jumpslash if we don't have a sword? Using the deku stick means that we have 2 trips to the shop, which sounds slow.
Can't you manipulate a deku stick to stay alive forever? Also, can't you make it "alive" forever after jumpslashing?

Description:
"Just break it in midair with Z + A, it is then a stub and it can't be broken. "
This is a very old glitch (like 9 years old), but I wonder if it will help here?
Youtube is blocked at work... So I'm in the process of converting the movies to avi with the URL... I'll edit this post with comments in a few minutes.
Great site to convert youtube at workplaceEdit: @Kirby: Only the first vid worked for me ATM. But how did you get behind Mido without the sword? Did Mido disappear because you went to get the lullaby, and those few extra things you had in your item screen before doing the Deku Tree. Because I checked this morning and simply exiting the forest and coming back right away will not make Mido disappear. But maybe getting a few things (Zelda's lullaby as an exemple) makes him go away!?
From the youtube video description:
"Mido wasn't there after I went to Goron City. Haha "
and a manocheese comment: "Mido goes inside his house as soon as you get Zelda's Lullaby because the Saria's Song sequence triggers. "
Basically, there are no English words that do not use vowels, let alone enough to make up a sentence.
A common thing taught in 8th grade grammar is syllabification of english words. For example data becomes "da-ta" I remember a rule saying that each syllable had to be broken up into a group of consonants and a vowel; i.e. each syllable have to contain a vowel.
I found an exception to that rule. Try syllabification of the word "rhythm." The second syllable has no vowel.
Maybe the search for the largest prime numbers won't prove to be useful, but other mathematical projects without obvious purposes can work to increase our understanding of mathematics. Or something like that.
You see, that's useful from a theorist's point of view, but still can't see any practical applications whatsoever. Anyways, my original question was unanswered (not that I mind discussion about theory vs practicality), but I can't see what would propel someone to fund such a project.
Actually, perhaps I'm thinking about it the wrong way. Maybe searching for the biggest prime number's biggest motivation is to improve searching algorithms, and test computability/efficiency. So finding the largest prime number (if an end exists) isn't really the point. Maybe it's the journey, not the destination.
Or have I missed the complete point?
This may seem like a sort of contrived question, but here goes:
Why do theorists get funding to do research in areas of math and science that have no practical application? For example, the search of the existence of the largest prime number, or other theories that have no obvious, or even subtle practical implication (from my amateur eyes). Obviously I understand the interest factor, but why do such projects get funded?
In retrospect, I guess that's the biggest difference between a scientist and an engineer, and why design interests me so much, compared to theoretical science; I quote this very relevant statement:
"An engineer designs systems that satisfy specific requirements using available technologies - there are many correct answers depending on the relative importance of performance, cost, reliability, durability, maintainability, safety, etc.
While a scientist measures, models, and understands the physical universe and the processes that takes place in it - the correct answers are predetermined."
The SDW120 exit run has a lot of these glitches, especially the spring glitches (even more than what genisto did). And it's fast!
The only new glitch I remember seeing from this movie was the fake death, and carrying 3 items at once.
