I've recently discovered a refights skip in MM3 that allows you to skip 7 of the 8 refights. I'm not entirely sure how it works, but I did include steps on how the perform the glitch in the video's description. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/542566981 The key takeaways I've found so far is that Rush Jet causes havoc with the teleporters. I've been able to store a teleporter's function by riding over them with Rush Jet and then if you slide, the teleporter will trigger. Another key aspect is that where you'll appear after the 25 second black screen seems to be based on the last teleporter you used. That is why I fight Magnet Man in the video. If you fight Needle Man instead, you'll actually appear closer to the final teleporter of the stage, but you'll be placed in a wall that you must clip out of in order to reach the final teleporter. This was done on Fusion 3.64 using the Japanese rom on a save file that had Rockman 1 and Rockman 2 cleared.

So I somehow got the game to reset itself while I was practicing Toad Man's stage. I don't have a video of it, but it happened at the first snail fight. I hit it with a charged buster shot as it was doing it's eye throwing attack and as it was blowing up I was sliding towards the next screen (I was charging another buster at this point). When I reached the screen transition, the snail exploding sound kind of hung and then my game reset back to the SEGA logo. I'm trying to replicate this while recording now. This was on normal difficulty. edit: Got it on tape https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=35_GIz9wv74 Also, I found something that might be useful for a TAS. I somehow manged to despawn one of the guys that light up the hall way in Wily/Quick Man's stage. Here is a video of that http://www.twitch.tv/dsmon/c/4916012

So I've been doing RTAs of Normal mode of this game for a bit now, but just now I discovered this screen wrap-ese glitch in napalm man. Here is a video of it http://www.twitch.tv/dsmon/c/4895088 It is performed by hitting down then sliding right twice in quick succession. You can do a couple of things in this state such as going left and jumping/sliding till you die or re-grabbing the ladder by jumping below it and holding up which scrolls the screen down. You can also go onto the next screen and do it normally except for the lack of your sprite and the platforms are not quite lined up to where they are on the screen. You can also grab the ladder to cross the gap, but I was unable to use the last ladder on the screen to continue with the stage. I have yet to test this elsewhere in the game.

Just stopping in to say that I made an error on part when I stated that my run was faster than the TAS. At that time I assumed that TAS were timed the same way as SDA and I only found out about the timing difference after I submitted my run to SDA. So I just wanted to apologize for any confusion that may of caused. Also, good luck on the submission, CoolKirby.
