After 2 days of checking, I found no improves. Please change my movie with this one: User movie #22482638497318581

They're very obviously not from the very start. What the hell are you talking about?
You don't what I mean, sorry. I'm talking about "defense animation". 1st stage is almost identical :-)

There are no pointless actions in my TAS. If I had a funny picture of a person that shoots himself in the head, I'd post it there!
On the first boss you throw punches in the air two times after the boss dies... is this avoidable? if it is, maybe it is a pointless action. The normal walking speed makes this one a hard game to enjoy on TAS. Sometimes you can see the "defense animation" happening, i wonder if it can be avoided completely.
"In TAS Editor we trust!" ( I can delete the excessive input if needed) Given that TASVideos accepts boring runs, I can submit everything I want (within reason, of course). ...

Your basis for these claims are what exactly? Because it's quite easy to just tap a button and Youtube's encoding will miss it. And the author explicitly says nothing like that was used. But sure, I guess he was lying and just left other mistakes and missed presses for fun.
My question about the route is remained unanswered and, according to his Google+ and Youtube history, he never replied to any comments and I don't care if he really answered your question! Compare our encodes! They are of course identical! He's just not carefully used the frame advance feature and "missing presses for fun" is bullshit. Sorry if said rudely!

Thanks!

What exactly should I fix? I have checked my input on the stairs, no improves - I start moving at the frame 6431 anyway.

The time blocking is in effect is absurd. I'm guessing that they forgot to force the animation for the duration of it. Even in regular speed runs, it looks ridiculous. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Qsgk2VELAI
This run is actually completed with the help of frame advance and slow motion. At least, frame advance was used for the fastest blocks as the encode doesn't show some of blocking animations (just interrupts). If we watch this speedrun, which is completed in real time, we will see all the blocking animations because Fernando held the Select button more than 3 frames every time.

Finally! Yes vote from me. BTW, when I watch the encode, I have the feeling that you control only the viking who is in the spotlight. :-)

Re: slowing down, wouldn't it be better to space out your nitro boosts? Your speed gradually decreases after each boost (assuming the speed indicator is accurate), so you should get a higher average speed if you use a boost, let it return you to normal speed, then use the next boost. Instead you seem to be chaining boosts to stay at max speed continuously, which means you only get one deceleration period.
Wanted to write the same! +1

Well, I used to TAS a Nintendo NES version of Road Blasters using only slow motion and savestates. Who wants to watch, the link is below. Link to video Watching the movie, I think it would be entertaining a little if you kill the objects which are difficult to shoot while zigzaging left-right on the road (mechanics doesn't change from NES version, so you can zigzag without losing any time). But, by the end of each race, you should waste some rockets to decrease your multiplier :-) Nevertheless, I found it boring. Meh vote, sorry!

I have a question about RamboBones' Doom 2 WR TAS. Which command/tool did he use as he was killing monsters while runstrafing without any turns? Was he turning extremely fast (I didn't notice this in the encode)? If it's not a cheat, why do it isn't used in the run? Link to video Your run is great! Yes vote.

This topic was raised several times already! By the way, wanting 3DO, Atari Jaguar, Mobile Java games emulator and so on :-) As I understood, it seems that no-one has free time on making rerecording tools because the game consoles we want are not enough popular or have not enough interesting games for TASing. I expect I'm wrong though there can be some problems with emulating games for N console, for example, for Sega Saturn, which is a good reason for not making the rerecording tools (who wants to make em if it doesn't work well).

As I understand, The Great Waldo Search was published just because it has speedruns. This game has no gameplay, no speedruns, no point for publication. No vote!

What about me, I was just TASing the games of my childhood (excepting Duke Nukem 3D). Some projects were difficult for me (Rambo 3, Columns 3, Tom and Jerry - Frantic Antics), some projects I didn't manage to finish (Mortal Kombat 5).

This one was admittedly tough, due to my own personal stake in this. However, after seeing who the frontrunners were in this one, I gave my vote to Dimon12321. Simply put, in terms of individual effort, I thought Dimon did the most to earn the award. There were obviously more experienced authors on the ticket, but I took into account that Dimon didn't have the advantage of teaming up with someone, as well as being able to work on a game that people are very familiar with. Either way, congratulations to whoever ends up winning! This was already a very close race, this year!
In my opinion, you on the contrary are the most hardworking SEGA TASer. Though all your TASes are not entertaining, I think strategies are the most difficult type of games for TASing. I don't think my topics were about boring games, people just didn't want to cooperate with me, so I TASed the games myself. You don't have to vote for me. I wasn't trying to win there though my TASes are in different genres for every taste! My chances to win the reward are the same as MJ's Moonwalker to become the SEGA TAS :-)

You made so difficult choice for a newcomer: you want to start your TASing hobby with a 3D shooter game. Every shooter for N64 should be a tool-assisted speedrun, i.e. aims for the fastest time. Project 64 is not accepted on TASVideos, so you should download Bizhawk emulator! Unfortunately, there is no so much emulators for different suggestions, Mupen 64 has bad emulation and very few TAS tools. To start with, you should read everything in Movie Making spoiler there to know the basic knowledge about TAS making. Remember, only high-quality movie have chance to get published on TASVideos.org. Every movie must be done frame-by-frame which takes much time, not some days fastly in slow motion! I didn't find Battle Tanx entertaining for TASing. I had a movie with a short WIP, but deleted. Good luck!

If Doom is ever fully TASed inside a DOS emulator, it ought to definitely be the original Doom, not any of the newer wad-compatible engines. (In a sense those could be categorized as mods, not the original game.) Did the original Doom even support the mouse? I can't remember. Even if it did, it was something that not many people even used back then. (Of course using the mouse would do wonders to a TAS because of almost infinite turn speed, while keyboard turning would feel extremely sluggish in comparison.)
I have found a thread (not TASVideos), where some people discussed the mouse support for Doom. According to them, the original Doom never had mouse support, but it's possible to play it with mouse if mouse drivers are installed. We need to check it. DOS Doom link 1 DOS Doom link 2
