What's the deal with the horsehead? I see that and think of this thing.

No. I wanted to do something without getting hurt. I got hurt. Thus, my free will was violated. What the religious people might find more interesting is this: In the Abrahamic mythology God creates something without letting the creation decide whether to be created or not. Thus, God violates everyone's free will.
So, we should be a bunch of clichéd rebellious teenagers? "I never asked to be born!"

Can I, another Mormon, offer a little bit of context here? Henry B. Eyering is the First Counselor of the First Presidency of the church; in simple terms, he's second in command here. In other words, he is a very high ranking leader of a large branch of Christianity*. I remember a sermon this man gave - and I'm a little fuzzy on the specifics, so please bear with me - where he was attending a seminar or watching a presentation or something on something concerning astronomy, I believe. And in spite of this seminar or whatever detailing things that occured millions of years ago, he recalls having received a witness from God that what was being presented was true and worth studying. Point being, Mormons and science - and I mean real science, not "science" - are two things not uncommonly seen together. Granted, a good many of us are like my grandfather, who thinks that claiming that the earth is older than 6,000 years is heresy, but many of us are perfectly comfortable discussing the behavior of our simian ancestors**. Maybe it's a little confusing to see happen, and it can be frustrating trying to articulate exactly why it happens. But it happens, more often than you might think. My personal thoughts? God made a grand, mighty, marvelous, beautiful, fascinating universe for us to live in. It'd be a sin to willfully remain ignorant of what's in it and how it works. *Whether or not we qualify as Christians is neither here nor there, and is beside the point. **The creator of Schlock Mercenary is, as far as I can tell, a practicing Mormon. The comic includes lots of hard science in it.

First, please keep in mind that the decision was made back before we had the Vault tier, when we held games up to higher standards for publication than we do now. Second, you do have the option of downloading FCEU and and the input file provided by this submission if you wish to watch this movie.

Okay, it's been nearly a year of battling with my own motivation, but... Chapter 3 is finally done! A few rooms took several months to finish because, again, issues with motivation. Also, the RNG refused to cooperate on enemy patterns. Hearts were picked up to reduce the heal-up time at the end of the chapter. I am currently about 36 seconds ahead of my previous attempt, and 1:20 ahead of Sami at this point.

At the same time, being stuck in the same spot, unable to move, for a thousand years must have an impact on one's psyche, immortal or not.

This game holds a part of heart with regards to this site as it was chosen as a game to hone my TASing skills on roughly ten years ago. I decided not to progress any further as 1) I'm no good at luck manipulation 2) much of the run would be eaten up in fairly uninteresting shooters. I'm very happy to see the done, but sadly I see I was right: the autoscrollers drag it down a great deal. Regardless, great job! Thank you for closing an intentionally unfinished chapter of my life.

At 1:35 of this video, you can see Mom and me partially obscured by the logo. I also wish to add that I absolutely hate watching/listening to recordings of myelf because I am a huge goofball. Anyway, if you have an hour, you can get all the questions, the good, the bad, and the ugly!

The only "fanfic" I really care for is Story of the Blanks, which actually sort of turned me towards the franchise initially.

I would say that newspaper publishers were desperate for every last bit of sensational news they could get, leading to not a whole lot of fact checking, so a bunch of hoaxes could easily get through.

If Equestria Daily's poll is anything to go by, it appears the fandom at large has warmed up to it.

It's a story found in a comic collection called Garfield: His 9 Lives. For whatever reason Jim Davis thought it okay to include that story, called "Primal Self", which ended up mentally scarring countless children back in the day. In short, it's totally relevant. And hopefully funnier to the less confused.

Slightly disappointed that at no point do you get to beat up an old lady as the level boss. Also disappointed that I can't find a collection of those strips that keeps the last two pages as one image.

That's entering at the peak of a jump. I was thinking more along the lines of initiating a jump before entering the screen. I dunno, I just seem to recall there was some way to make Megaman float up faster, in which I could easily be mistaken.

I thought you could ascend the anti-grav sections of Wily 3 faster by jumping just before scrolling the screen? Either way, nice to see all the games done.

I'm a huge sucker of alternative music instruments. Have some more Doom, but on a printer.

Considering the fact that the sound is muted throughout, what do you all think about the run's entertainment value? Voter feedback (as of this post) is unanimously positive, as well.
I greatly applaud the author's improvements and refinements in the crafting of this movie, but frankly, twelve minutes of "menus menus menus" cannot possibly hope to hold my interest, whether or not there is music. Certainly Vault material.

All this talk about, "I didn't know Q till Discord," reminds me of a funny thing that happened at the convention. A couple of the younger guys right behind us in the Delancie autograph line kept talking about this guy as though he were from the Spanis Inquisition. A guy who looked to be a little older than me dressed in a costume patterned after this cringeworthy scene spoke up with clear irritation in his voice, "Dude, that's supposed to be Q from Star Trek. You young people don't know anything, do you?"
