You need to change the SMB1-1.state to what level you want and make a savestate for this level. For Example: Play Super Mario Bros. and go to the level you want. Then (in Bizhawk) click File -> Save State -> Save named State and name it SMB1-1.state. Put it in the same folder as neatevolv.lua.

Yeah i was confused that Bizhawk only uses 25% of the CPU, but i see my mistake now. Thanks for the responses and sry for the inconvenience.

Hello, i'm trying to get the Bizhawk emulator past the 400% speedup in config menu. I tried the hotkey and it displays 6400% speedup. But there is no speedup in game. Between 400% and 6400% there is no difference. I want to let the emulator run at highest speed possible for a neural network. PS: If no Rom is loaded i get 3800+ fps, but as soon as i load a rom it seems caped @200 fps. Thanks in advance.
