I'm uncomfortable with this being published, unlabeled as "New Game+". You're using rewards from completing the game as a tool to speed up the run, so that's precisely what it is. I'm all for this being published, just label it correctly please.

This submission, as it stands right now, was not entertaining in the least. The text scrolls by far too quickly for any human to read, which is a huge problem considering the long, boring setup. Pokemon Plays Twitch was amazing. This was not.

Meh vote. Agree that too much is similar to standard any%. I think still allowing zips, but banning horizontal underflow would make for a far more entertaining category.

Really liked all the zips we don't see humans do! Mystic Cave 2 was the coolest one by far.

Now that I've actually watched... LLL reds are helly swaggy. Was BitDW always this sexy!? Easy Yes.

Oh boy, this was unexpected! Time for another TAS of my most favorite underrated speedgame.

Would this work on the USA prototype? Would this be doable in real time? Not going to vote, but with just the game display, it was a lot of work for not a lot of entertainment payoff. The memory overlay was very cool, though!

Unfortunately, the game itself isn't very entertaining to watch, especially due to all the cutscenes. The route looks optimal, and movement for the most part is good. Some of the regular walking angles are suspect, e.g. running into a wall at an angle instead of straight down the hall. Meh vote (if it would let me), I suggest Vault.

I watched this run, and from the perspective of a competitive 64 and Melee player, I really enjoyed the interesting hitboxes used to kill everyone. But then I watched the published TAS again. The first fight alone outshines this entire run in entertainment, and the rest only gets better. No vote on entertainment (well, actually voting is broken for me right now, so one less vote), but an enthusiastic Yes for Vault.

I was surprised when you entered Chapter 4. Quite an innovative strategy! Easy Yes, and here's hoping that major reroute comes to fruition!

Great improvement. My mind is blown so hard I can't think of anything more specific to say.

Well-planned route, highly optimized run of a game that's usually thought to be solid. Who could seriously vote No?

I'm trying to think of a good pun on Masterjun, but my brain is too fried from what I just saw.

I just wanted to pop in to say that this is an amazing idea! However, I must refrain from participating in the category discussion.

Though I heartily recommend this be published, I can't say it's the most entertaining Super Metroid TAS.

Another hack designed to be constantly glitched/TAS through to begin with and is difficult to tell how it's different from 'normal' play because of that. Being frame precise or mass glitching in a hack that can't be played at all without frame precision and mass glitching isn't particularly impressive to me. And a significant number of the tricks are already in other runs anyway, just not in blatantly artificial situations where they have to be used.

I've recently gotten back into Crazy Taxi, so this was right on time! Technically impressive: The Crazy Throughs and wall-sticks. Looks Unoptimized: Stopping the car. Meh vote.
