Mind explaining the bits where you lost time?
The sections that lost from 1 to 5 frames were all due to Lag Frames being very random in this game (Even in loading) despite my best effort to avoid them. The only real time loss was in stage 3-3 around frame 47900. The elevator took more time to come down compared to the published TAS. The only explanation I have for it is due to the Firmware change but I'm not 100% sure of it.

Wow! The plant on the thumbnail is very similar to the plant from Crash Bandicoot =)
That's not the only similarity this game has with Crash Bandicoot--some people say it plays like a crappy reskin of such.
It very much plays like a crappy crash reskin with the only difference being that everything is worst.

That's indeed correct. I found out after the subtitles were made that everyone who ran the game RTA was using a PS2 with FDS. Whoever is encoding the movie can just remove those three lines as it would probably be the easiest option.

Just to quickly point out a line in the subtitles. Specifically the first line. (Emphasis mine.)

While the emulator takes double the time of the real hardware to load, here's some details about this TAS.
Nope. It's taking the correct amount of time to the original console the emulator is based off on (PS1) to load up. What you're basing your fact here on a PS2 on Fast Disk which is not what the emulator is aiming for in terms of accuracy to the console. Edit: And the other 3 times it was mentioned/touched upon.

Quick reminder: The loading time are doubled compared to real hardware.

What amazing menu loading times.

This loading screen is 40% of the length of the stage.
Again, you're playing on an emulator aiming towards PS1 accuracy not PS2 FDS. This isn't psxjin/pcsx-rr.

I've made a version of this movie with subtitle/commentary for those who are interested. You can find it in my userfile.

So I learned of this game in this year's AGDQ. I'm quite happy to finally see a TAS arriving. The action was pretty smooth, which highly contrasts the game's innate jankyness. The tricks were pretty cool to see, too. The game itself is pretty goofy, in particular with the voice acting, making for a highly entertaining run overall. Voting yes.
Thank you for your comments, I'm also making a subtitle/commentary track for this. It's 50% complete done.

Also, the game doesn't seem to have anything to do with the short-lived TV series also derived from the books. There are also PC and Game Boy Color games based on Animorphs which play very differently from this one (e.g. the Game Boy Color game being essentially a Pokemon knock-off!)
I was contemplating doing a TAS of the GBC version after this but just seeing the game being played makes me want to throw up.

Going off the encode that exists, that you made, that you haven't linked here yet (since I already watched it) which I'll assume is just the wrong time cause you didn't trim it properly for the YouTube encode and got corrected for submission. This TAS is really well made. My main issue with this TAS is when you go downtime you just do left, right input to wait about... which can be nauseating to some people... especially when it's something constant. Mainly due to this is the reason why I've leaned towards Meh is because of the input you chose to use for downtime. The other reason is that it's pushed to a Meh Vote is that the game is very boring. Author Commentary/Subtitles would be a nice addition to this TAS to explain the technical aspects of how crap of a clone this game is, much like the AGDQ18 commentary to this game. I'll also shotgun the publication while I'm here when this gets accepted to whatever tier. Again. Well done.
I'll be uploading a proper temp encode later tonight. The one I have up right now is 16 frames longer in 7-4. I added a proper temporary encode.
