If he meant that, then he didn't answer my question. Why did someone make a hack to disable RTO?
Ever play Summar Carnival '92 - Recca?... lets just say that the game places absolutely no regard for the sprite scanline limit... or the sprite limit as a whole.

Very nice! I'll encode this in HD. Yes vote, of course.

People may have a different opinion on what tech quality is worth... perhaps the only reason it was given a 5 is due to the button inputs inserted at the end. Personally, when I rated, I ignored the button inputs (Or lack thereof) at the end.

I agree that people with more player score should have more bias for the technical vote... I wouldn't trust my technical vote to be anywhere as accurate as say... someone that hasn't had every single one of their four runs gruefooded.

Press play and the video becomes 1337
Unfortunately, that was completely unintentional... but still pretty awesome! I can guarantee that the SD encode will also be 13:37 in length.

And doing my encoding I will. SD and HD. Very nice run! Yes vote! Also, Randil, you do realise that YouTubes limit is now 15 minutes, don't you?

I think we should be a bit more concerned that people are voting 10/10 whatsoever... I'd have gone 9.9/9.8 myself, at least that provides some room for the future...

No, NitroGenesis, it was 10:59. People just rounded up to 11 minutes.

I think that a run can get away with being an exhibition run, personally. The ambiguous nature sort of suits it.

I usually follow a Game name (Including categories), 'TAS Tool Assisted Speedrun', and Video game console name and possible acronyms scheme. To me, it's expansive without being obnoxious about it... I tend to be a bit, for the lack of better term, offended when someone overtags their videos.

I did use
...
also breaks. Must need more testing, I guess.
a = AVISource("movie.avi") b = a.PointResize(a.width * 8, a.height * 8) d = ImageSource(file="logo1080pgb.png", start=0, end=119, fps=a.FrameRate).ConvertToRGB24() e = BlankClip(d, audio_rate=44100, channels=2) f = AudioDub(d, e).Lanczos4Resize(b.width, b.height).AssumeFPS(a.FrameRateNumerator, a.FrameRateDenominator) last = f + b ConvertToYV24(chromaresample="point") ConvertToYV12(chromaresample="point") return last

tags hate me. :(

I agree, stuffing this movie with a moon is sort of an understatement.

The moon means that, in the Publishers of whom that published the movies opinion, that it is a very notable movie. There is much more lax controls over it, and the moon can be added or removed at a later time by any publisher if the cause is justified (For example, Shining Force was mooned post-humously because at the time of when it was published, the feature didn't exist). In my eyes, the way I see it... considering that most of TASVideos's dedicated publishers don't have any direct TASing experience, it could be viewed as a bit of a more casual viewer eye of what the TAS is like... though your mileage really varies from publisher to publisher. I have some TASing experience personally, I just have nothing to show for it because I lack the time and motivation, heh.

I am not many enough to HD encode this. 2.13 gigabytes of video stream is just too big.

Be sure to remember that Mupen64 can natively output HD video... there is no upscaling required.

If someone is willing to give me a spare 1 terabyte Hard Drive and access to a 1mbit up or more internet connection, I'll happily encode this at the highest possible resolution Mupen64 has to offer.
