Care explaining why you don't just unpack them using WinRAR, then opening the ROM file?

Mind pointing me to where I can get the "best" (a.k.a. most compatible atm) version of Rice? Appreciated NVM, got rice 6.1.1, still desyncs >.>

Just a question, but when viewing the current WIP at around frame 91000, link goes to West clock town, jumps over the flowers, and it desyns there, it's supposed to enter the shop, but it doesn't, is it just me or does everyone else have the same problem? And a general question: is there a way to "skip ahead" to a certain frame, like, jump from frame 1 --> 40000 at once instead of speeding it up/holding TAB? Thanks
