Despite being accepted to moons the feedback for this movie is fairly lackluster. The only comments both give it Meh votes. Could judge elaborate on his decision?

So what MUGG is saying seems every movie that is well optimized deserves a rating like 9/10. And since each film must be well optimized, does not that mean that every technical evaluation would be really high?

I do not even know the technical quality is. I searched the forums, but there is no clear definition. I found people who say the definition is not even related to optimizing. So what is it?

From a viewpoint of TAS, it is useless. All you would be doing is hitting Donkey Kong for longer. The other differences are negligible, and make no difference in TAS. Only enemies that are ignored in any mode. I don't object to completing later leves, though, even though they would mostly be the same. I just end where Meshuggah did.

Anyone wants to try to improve and get side-author? I agree strongly that there is likely room for improvement here. I do not try to optimize it fully, because I knew I could not get it fastest alone. And this game is short, it is good for the war. :D

I know that I will not meet with much agreement, but I have to respectfully state I like high difficulty at all times, unless it is really only the enemy health. Things like "you are taking more damage" makes me shake my head. I will not complain if a movie using the easiest difficulty, however, is really up to the author. But I think harder difficulty films are more impressive than the movies on EASY. It is the same reason tases of easy games are not as interesting as games like Contra tases are. I like to see tases where it seems that the player is in danger, and I do not really feel like that when it is on easy. I just do not think it is awesome to plow through a game in which the option is used to become less difficult. This does not mean I fully dislike movies on easy, they can still be entresting. I enjoyed the new Star Wars tas very much.

Radiant: You're acting like I walked into the options or did some weird shit to get the highest level. When in reality, the level selection screen is the first thing you see after picking a character, so it is normal. It is a normal part of the game, it is not an "option" tucked away. Also can someone replace the TAS with the 15 seconds one?

Voting no (or any other vote, for that matter) because you disagree with site policies is not the way to change site policies. The judges will simply ignore your opinion anyway, because you aren't participating according to the site guidelines, so what exactly do you think you're accomplishing? I mean in general. If you feel the goal is too arbitrary choice, what you vote? If the movie is not optimal, but entertaining, what you vote? It is not "Yes", right?

You were right, ALAKTORN. I found a new stretegy, saved 760 frames, the TAS is now only 15 seconds long... I'll leave this though, because I think it is still publishing material (it exceeds the game, right? And there are other tases published that simply go to the last level because is unlocked from the start.)

I apologize for insulting. Really. I'm serious. I feel there is something to learn here, because there are already as many runs Pingu Fairly OddParents that are not fully optimized. I think there's something to take away from this, and that's not an insult. Because, we all can be better. I got upset and heated, caused by the challenge I was lying. I would never lie about a time saver. Never. I can be an idiot, but I'm trying to be honorable. I know what it feels like to be improved. It can suck, but the improver does not with bad intentions. I just did a Youkai Kurabu TAS, it is a NES platform game. I finished and was very proud, and I was going to submit, and then I found Nicovideo which was faster than mine, and it was devastating, no kidding. But now I'm taking the Nicovideo tricks and be faster. I did not feel insulted that there was a movie faster I do not know. Being faster, it is not something insulting. I used to be a very bad Taser myself. I mean, not even looking at my first presentation, if CoolKirby not helped me through it, it would have been horrible. So, that's all.
