I'm going to do resync on this encode. Guga, weren't you planning it as well? My setup looks pretty stable.
Did I say that? O.O I wasn't planning to publish this run (in fact, I'm waiting for you to accept Superman >_>). Also, I'm more into other projects.

I and Guga were speaking about not making a cutsceneless encode at all, since it's rather short anyway, but with OoB script instead.
And here they are: Modern HQ MKV: http://www.archive.org/download/CpadolfsSnesSuperMetroidgameEndGlitchIn1254.71/supermetroid-tas-gameendglitch-cpadolf_hitbox.mkv Compatibility MP4: http://www.archive.org/download/CpadolfsSnesSuperMetroidgameEndGlitchIn1254.71/supermetroid-tas-gameendglitch-cpadolf_hitbox_512kb.mp4

yeah it makes Zero invincible for the most part(shots and contact, but spikes are still insta death)
That's not true. Zero is invincible to EVERYTHING when he gets infected by the virus during the gameplay.

Link to video For download. NOTE: This encode won't be used for publication since I messed up something in the subtitles, this will be only up so it can be viewed by anyone.

Are you sure if it's even a TAS, and not a speedrun?

Who made the new encode? Whoever it was clearly wasn't paying attention to the graphics plugin they were using and World 4 looks awful now. For reference, skip to 32:19 here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EtL3CBHjwa8 That's what World 4 is supposed to look like.
You know, I don't know why or I really have something wrong (playing with these graphic plugins suck), but Rice always give those yellow/black outlines. The only one who didn't have those was glN64 1.4.1.1 (nitsuja's), so that's why I went ahead with that (can't have everything). EDIT: [10:57:27 PM] <Guga_> the other thing would be dumping the whole movie again with nitsuja's plugin, dumping world 4 with jabo, and splicing both together [10:58:01 PM] <Guga_> its not hard, but its time consuming Just mentioning the other option.

Also, it seems that the PAL Flag in the .fm2 isn't set on (which makes the TAS look shorter than it's supposed to be). This isn't something that is unset by accident, as far as I know. EDIT: Here is the .fm2 with the PAL Flag on.
Desyncs almost immediately. And I was wondering about that; I thought the sound was off.
Then that pretty much invalidates the movie in my opinion.

So, since it's a hack, you can TAS this using Snes9x 1.43 and it may be accepted?
It won't be accepted because Snes9X 1.43 is not accepted anymore. This was an exception since it was proved that this TAS (this specific movie file) was being worked before the deprication was done.

Ok i know i am a troll on these parts on the forum, But i have a new PC that can run Mupen64 and i will be doing this TAS of Majora's Mask, I will be using the JP version, This is real and i am not trolling, I will post my WIP on this forum ASAP (As Soon As Possible). EDIT: I am going to use punctuation now for the sake of understanding.
Yet whenever someone asks you for a WIP, you say that your computer magically deleted it...

What the hell, what does oblivion have to do with anything? ~_~ And why you won't anyway? Because you can't stand people shitting on your thoughts? Might as well remind that you are in a FORUM, where everyone can argue AS LONG AS IT KEEPS LOGICAL. Not hearing the others makes the arguing pointless, stupid and illogical. Ergo, the thread is dead.

No, it won't because the idea is stupid, because TASes ARE NOT A MEME (and stop bringing "but spedruning haz a entri zomg", it's a bad argument). If it didn't work before, it's UNLIKELY to work now.

Um, SMB3 is the big brother.
I thought SMB3 was on the NES, whereas SMW was on the SNES? Wouldn't that make it the little brother?
You don't have a brother, do you? The NES was FIRST, so that makes it the BIG BROTHER. It has nothing to do which is powerful or whatever.

Eh... I don't think so. The issue was pretty straighforward: the run depends on emulator issues, so its not possible on a console, so it got rejected. :|
