The ROM might be bad (don't know what the (Legacy) means). You should be using the (U) Rom anyway, as this one is preferred. You also should detail how exactly your problem manifests. Is the game just running incredibly slow, are there bugs, etc.?
play at other games? yes, i can, and i just DLd the (U) version of DoS (and other games too) but happens the same: all them runs at slow motion, is just like the games were missing frames or something like that. Only in some rooms (IE: save rooms) the game goes fine... but seems like the (U) version of DoS works better than the other version i had. BTW, in New Mario Bross, when i'm on the world's map, the game slows down itself, but in the stage, the game runs almost perfect.

I can run DOS mostly fine, so you might want to state the ROM you use and perhaps post your config. Anyway, good luck with that 100% souls run, I'd love to see it
The config is the default config [i deleted the emu and DLd it again from the official website]. I didn't change anything but the framerate [now, i have it on 5 but the game doesn't run fine. Anyway, thx for answering me. :-) Edit: (NDS) 0105 - Castlevania - Dawn of Sorrow (E)(Legacy).zip

Hi everybody, i'm opening this post because i wanted to make a Castlevania - DoS TAS - 100% Souls + Glitchless, but my first problem is with the emulation itself: i can't emulate this game properly to be able to make even a normal play. I searched on this forum and other forums, but i was unable to find anything to config this emu to play this game well. Can anyone help me? i tryed a lot of possibilities and no one worked for me. And not, it's no a hardware problem, i can emulate even Dolphin-NGC emu at very good rate, so, NDS shouldn't be a problem, isn't it?. Can anyone help me? Thx a lot for spare some of your time. :)

What's your graphics card? Have you updated your drivers? old graphics cards will not be able to cope with some of the advanced technologies many plugins use.
My Graphyc card is a NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS and no, i didn't update the drivers.... but don't seems in that way, but i'll try to update the card right now... BTW: I read in Mupen forums that the best G.P. for Zelda is the Glide64. I used it a sort time and works much better than others, but it's still working in a low frame rate (around 30fps)... any suggestions ??

Or try this: Before diving into the flower, face link in the direction of the platform, then you won't need to guess since you'll already be facing it. Now once you near the corner of the platform, he should land right on it, and you don't have to press A I'm pretty sure.
Wow, i can do it now. It's much more easy that seems on videos.

About my post, i'm trying to do the last jump (min 01:00). That's the only part that i can't do perfectly and i must await till the Deku plataform rises up a bit to jump into the plataform. U_U.
It's tricky since the camera stays in zoomed out view, so you must turn the analog stick while in the flower to face the platform(just guess), fly to the edge, and press A to grab on as soon as you hit the edge. He should land right on the platform if done correctly.
What do you mean ?? must i turn the stick on any direction + Press A button when Deku Link hits the plataform ?? O__oUu.

You have to Goron Bomb jump onto the wall, deku backflip onto the platform and hover to the next platform then hover to the backdoor. Also, I'm unsure of your context. Are you playing real time, or is this TAS? Are you attempting to improve my movie?
i'm trying a Speedrun without TAS (yes, i'm crazy but [for me] it's funnyest. XDDD). About my post, i'm trying to do the last jump (min 01:00). That's the only part that i can't do perfectly and i must await till the Deku plataform rises up a bit to jump into the plataform. U_U.

(where the monkey is prisoner ^^U). Can anyone explain to me how to do this ?? I only get it 2 times. Y_Y. (Is the only part [for now] where i waste time till the plataform rises up to research the entrance)

Do you mean that the AVI plays back too quickly for you?
Yup. i wanna said that the .AVI was played too quickly... around 5 mins of lag (when he is entering on Gerudo Forstress) between the Audio (normal speed) and the video (really fast)

There's a couple ways. The 25, 50, 70, 85 are the numbers to use if your first frame of pressing right or left is frame 0. Just count them as you advance frames. The second way is to use the memory watch function of SNES9x v9 (Cheat -> Search for cheats -> Watch button) to watch the address that contains the Speed Booster level. If you press on the correct frame, this value will increment. A third way is to study existing movies with controller input (comma) and frame counter (period) toggled on. After some success, you'll notice the animation frame that requires the press, and can somewhat use that as well. You can also thank laughing_gas for linking to a page that you have most likely read already. (He likes to do that.)
Thx for your answer. :). I saw "when-to-do" (for Laughing_gas XD) this morning... and is not very dificult but i must press the Run Button 5 times instead of 4 cause the "0-25" animation is hard to see in motion on 0 when you're walking (under the water before get the Gravity Suit is easy). Again More, thx for the answer. BtW: Your 100% Item on 37 Mins is f*****g crazy. Th for that. :)
