So I got Bizhawk as it is the recommended for GBA. But I got no clue how to add the firmware and the search didn't turn up anything. I did try to save it as a file in the older but it just give me this error "System.ArgumentException: BIOS file is not exactly 16K! bei BizHawk.Emulation.Cores.Nintendo.GBA.VBANext..ctor(Byte[] file, CreComm comm, GameInfo game, Boolean deterministic.
