Added a note about the requirements for the TAS to sync. Jont's inputs were not used. I'm not sure about the annotations thing, but the correct annotations should be on the submission page. Edit: added the userfile that completes credits, at the bottom of the comments.

The FIGHT boxes actually appear at a set time no matter what (Unless you don't clear the previous one, In which case it will wait for you to do so). I waited a bit before selecting them to manipulate them into doing the most damage, because the exact amount of damage is mostly random.

Yeah, most of the improvements came from tricks that Jont didn't know about, or just small improvements like doing a wrong warp somewhere he didn't to save a few frames. Also, Toriel RNG manipulation saved almost a minute.
